  1. Not worth the buck.

    The only good thing about my move was having a conversation with Ed.

    3 men came to help with my move from Scottsdale to Tempe and only 1 was working hard. Rest 2 were just wanting a chance every minute to waste time.
    They took breaks (understandable) but every 15 minutes. Delayed as much as they could (so they can charge me for that as well, right?) and at the end my couch was damaged which they didn’t fix till date.

    Definitely will not recommend these guys!

  2. Please, please, please steer clear of this company!

    What should have been a fun, exciting move in day was an absolute nightmare with this company! I was very clear with Ed that we were moving into a condo with stairs. He stated that I would need 3 people for this move. Okay. One of the people he sent could not climb stairs, and the other just didn't/wouldn't/couldn't. Eric was the only mover who did an amazing job. After 7 hours, we just told them to leave, and that we would move the rest of our boxes in. So, after being charged $1200, we are STILL moving boxes up stairs. It's frustrating being charged for a 3 person crew, when 2 people pretty much did not do anything. I watched as my furniture was broken, and as one of the movers knocked over a box of my grandmothers china and say absolutely nothing to me. (yes.. it broke). They also broke our washing machine pan. Literally just set the washing machine on the lip, and rendered it useless. If for some reason you choose to use this company, please get EVERYTHING in writing. Ed insisted he told me of extra fees, which he did NOT. So disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this company.

  3. Amazing service.

    I couldn’t believe the rate that they gave. It was almost half of what the other companies quoted me. I also got a military discount. The manager was very helpful and was able to work with me.

  4. Beware of 24/7 Easy Moving.

    In all honesty, I would never do business with these guys again!! When they moved us last summer, everything with the move seemed to be fine until after the movers left our residence. I was going through some boxes, and noticed that my Sony Mirrorless camera (worth over $1K) went missing. Also, in my camera case, were my memory cards, which are irreplaceable. I filed a police report and a complaint with the moving manager, Ed. In the end, my items were never found. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with ill feelings towards moving companies.

    I had to take the time and share our experience with these guy, Ed the owner was extremely helpful ,Knowledgeable and very honest. we moved our 4 bedrooms house within 6 hours from start to finish. The same exact quote we received over the phone, Thank you for excellent service . will definitely use your company again for our next move!!

    This company was excellent in every way. All the guys were very hard-working and went well above and beyond. They help to move us from a 4500 square-foot basement home and there were some extremely heavy pieces they had to get up the stairs. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you for making the move less stressful on us we could not of done it without you.

  7. Poor management.

    Owner is a predator. He overcharged and under delivered. Beware of over billing and undisclosed fees. Our moving day should have been positive and was negative dealing with the owner of this company who wouldn't take credit or apologize for his workers' slowness and taking extensive breaks but he was instead defensive. Our neighbors observed lots of smoke breaks and we moved the remainder of our belongings while a worker was on the clock billing us for his time, but he was sitting in the moving truck looking at his phone while we finished his job. The workers were kind and courteous. They were also careful with our belongings. The owner told us he wouldn't charge us for their breaks, but at the end of the day he charged us for every single break (and there were a lot of them) plus two hundred dollars in previously undisclosed fees. Our move time was significantly longer than it should have been. Owner finally took some money off of an inflated bill after we threatened to settle our differences in court. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.

  8. Great and stress-free service.

    I was really happy with the overall move. They showed up early, and we're actually pretty fast with the whole move. I usually get really stressed out during moves, but just as a referral mentioned to me they were really funny and made the move more relaxing.. With the quality of service and pricing, I even recommend this company to my elderly Grandmother.

  9. Disappointed.

    If you want to spend $600 (of a $299 move..) on a simple move of 2 miles to:

    1) Bring the wrong sized truck so they have to make 2 trips
    2) Have your drivers get lost and take 30-45 minutes to go from your old house to your new house 2-3 miles away, then call you for directions.
    3) Do over $1,000 worth of damage to your belongings such as a new washer that was only 8 months old (that now doesn't work) and a china cabinet.
    4) Damage the old house in the move..

    Then this is the moving company for you.

    When you call Ed to get things resolved and you provide him with photos of the damage, offer to give him the receipt of the new washer/dryer for proof that it's practically new, as well as photos of the damage to the old house that matches up with the damage to the washer, he'll:

    Tell you that things shift during a move - Ok, totally understandable for things that may have a little rub mark or something like that - typical mover CYA talk. But this answer doesn't fly when the damage is so bad that the appliance no longer works. It's also unacceptable for the broken china cabinet glass which they wrapped.

    So what will they do? Surely their insurance covers this sort of thing, right?

    Here's Ed's response:

    * This is an actual quote, "We'll pay for the glue to repair the damage at the old house". BTW, I had the chunk of wood that was broken off the cabinet (and photos, and a video)
    * You're S.O.L.for the $1,000 washer we damaged - not his words, but mine, and he didn't argue with it.
    * I'll pay you 60 CENTS PER POUND for the china cabinet glass we broke. "Just text me how much it weighs and we'll send you a check.."

    Great! We now have a washer we can't use, a china cabinet we can't replace, damage WE owe to the owner of the old house (possibly for a replacement cabinet), and $600 we spent for the privilege of it all.

    When they were done, did I mention they asked if we wanted to 'Leave a Tip'? I understand how hard it is to move the big stuff, that's why I hired them, so I rounded the bill up - but that was before I had a chance to look things over. Big mistake. After the movers were gone, it didn't take long to see the damage. Too late.

    Ed, your ValPak ad says you Donate 10% to Charities - Man Up dude - donate 100% of my fee to charity. After all, I have a $1,000 washer and a priceless china cabinet I'm now going to have to donate myself!

  10. Excellent experience.

    I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt they deserve a good rating. I had an excellent experience with 24/7 Easy Moving. Just like the name, they truly made the move easier. They took alot of stress out of the move. It was on such a short notice, and was a pretty big job too. And the workers were still cheerful and fun to deal with. In the end I saved well over $100-200 compared to what other companies estimates were. So I was more than happy to give a nice tip to the movers. Excellent job. Thank you guys.
