  1. Scary - Police Had To Get Involved.

You are so correct. We used them and it became a disaster. They misquoted the cost so much so that the final cost was DOUBLE what they charged us. They would not release the furniture they had kept and locked in storage until we agreed. Then they changed the terms and would only accept cash not check and they told us last minute which prevented me from being able to get the thousands of dollars in cash they demanded. Then we had to call the police because they came to our hosue and refused to unload the truck (the cops literally demanded they do so or be arrested). They would tell us their start time was 8am but they wouldn't come until closer to noon. They would say we would have 8 guys there but only 3-5 would show up. They said they would get the move done in 7 hours - it took over 12 and they had to come back a second and third day. They didn't have enough boxes so instead of getting more they just threw stuff, loosed in their truck. There were wastebaskets, framed pictures, small items just loose in the truck - not in boxes or wrapped or anything. They never met deadlines. We had THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in damage done to our furniture which, of course, they refused to do anything about. The owner/president would say he would be there and then disappear. The project manager would say the owner is gone and we can't reach him. It was scary when we had to call the police. Then they said they would come back that night with our TVS and they refused and literally held our stuff hostage for two days until we promised them under-the-radar cash delivery which is why we called the police. I have never been so stressed and scared in my life and I have moved half a dozen times in my life because of work.

  2. Horrible Company.

The experience with this company was horrible. The owner/manager quoted me for the move to take approximately 4 hours at $110 per hour, drive time would not be included, and a half hour courtesy time to set up furniture after moving. Well it took 6 hours, they included drive time, and they did not set up furniture after. They also charged me a one time fee of $110, which was not mentioned on phone or website. Plus they were lazy, played music out loud with profanity, and scratched my hardwood floors. This is my first home and its too bad this company made the first day in my new home an awful experience.
