Do Not Hire.
Move yourself instead of using this company. I had no idea they were moving my property as I had hired another who sub-contracted my move. Property was damaged and stolen. The "crew" kept asking for tips upon picking up my property. My stuff was also gone through as I know how I had valuable items packaged. They stole a firearm, damaged furniture and were absolutely a shady operation to deal with. I paid extra to have a flat screen TV and a family picture packaged safely. They did not have the material on hand and lied when they said they went to get it and had packed them correctly. Guess what was damaged in the move. Who knew taping a piece of cardboard to the front of a TV was protecting it. I would not have picked them at all and had no say in the matter as the job was sold to them. The owner is rude and will not return your calls.
Will not pay for damages.
We moved over 3 months ago. The company has made every possible excuse to delay and refuse repairing and replacing over $3000 worth of damages and losses. They sold us extra insurance and claim to have a 100% satisfaction guaranty. They are unprofessional, inexperienced and highly dishonest. We have completed the claims forms according to their instructions. These instructions continue to change - a dely tactic. We have been told a repairman is coming out to us - no show. We are told the check is on its way. Then they find some reason to further delay. Now they have a verbally abusive employee handling our calls who is so unprofessional that we are forced to insist on restricting our communication to the owner himself. To date, he has not had the courtesy to reach out to us. Among the damages was a marble pedestal, a room fan, a Kitchen Aid Mixer - a box marked to keep upright and they turned upside down causing the lubrication to leak, a chair, a folding table/chair set, master bed platform, missing glass insert, dining room table, bedroom bureaus, guitar stand, stoage container, office cart.Our first hint should have been that the company claims to have their own moving trucks. The day of our move they showed up with 2 rented trucks. One of their movers broke a marble pedestal and attempted to glue it and tape it. When we were unsatisfied with this poor solution, we are told that they will not replace it. They admitted that they thought this mover was a dishonest and they fired him during our move. Their other movers admitted responsibility for all the damages incurred, now the office is reluctant to make good on all our damages. We feel we have waited a reasonable amount of time for a resolution, but the company continues to use delay tactics and continuously reverses their position on fair and equitable reconciliation. .

From start to finish professional, courteous and honest. The price for the move beat the other quotes I was given so I hired A&D for the job. I must say I would have hired them even if they came in at a higher rate because they treated my belongings as if they were their own. EXCELLENT service!

Best movers I ever had. Were curteous at all times, on time, nothing broken, nothing dirty, best price of all competitors, considering their service - a true bargain. Friends gave me their number - who had also been happy with the complete door to door service.
