Horrible!! Horrible! Horrible!
Horrible! horrible! horrible! It's 2 1/2 days before my move . I booked this month move one month ago with Steve. He has not called or called to follow up at all. I was given a flat rate and explained all details for the move. I was told they would start calling one week prior to move NO CALLS at all. I have been trying to reach them all day today and still nothing they have not returned any of my phone calls nothing. This is so unprofessional on all levels of unprofessionalism I'm very disappointed at this company and I would never recommend them to any of my family or friends not even my residents. They have put me in such a bind that now I have to pay extra for another moving company at the last minute. have to rearrange the house keeper to clean. I have to rearrange Carpet Cleaning and pay an extra day in my current apartment because I won't be moved out in time. I'm so very disappointed in this company I will NEVER EVER CALL THEM AGAIN. please do not book them to move you EVER!!
