Young Voices of Colorado, a Denver based non-profit children’s choir used Able Services, Inc. for our November, 2013 move to our newly purchased rehearsal/office space. As you can imagine we had a lot of “stuff, “ including 2 pianos, choral risers, 3 sets of office furniture, uniforms and music. The men of Able Services were professional and quick. They had us all safely packed up and ready to move into our new place in just a few hours. When we got to our new place we found out that we could not move into the entire space and had to store everything in one area. The guys quickly got everything stacked so it would all fit and then came back a few days later to move it all to the correct rooms. They were pleasant and accommodating. I would use Able Services again, but we plan on staying in our new “home” for many years. Day Move.
Waymond and E.J. were right on time and were very professional. They were properly dressed and acted appropriately. They worked very hard and never complained about the three flights of stairs. I would absolutely hire them for any future jobs. Thank you, Thank You, Thank You.
All around bad move.
Warning! Do not trust this mover!! Uninsured! Fly by night! They will tell you everything that you want to hear to get your business! They did a move for us from colorado to Arizona. Once they arrived in Arizona the damages were huge! They assured me and my wife that they were insured and would take care of it. That was four long months ago! Now they are claiming no responsibility for the damages! We have been in mediation with the Denver BBB and are getting nowhere! It is excuse after excuse from this unprofessional and shady company! I contacted the D.O.T. And they informed me that they have no authority at all to do household goods moving! My advice to any sucker that hires this company. Do not sign that bill at the end if you have any damage at all. The crew leader will tell you the company will take care of it. But they don't! They got paid why should they care if you're unhappy! Maybe if your furniture is on its way to the goodwill hire them otherwise pizza and beer for your friends is a way better idea! This company should not be in the business of moving people's belongings!
