    **BEWARE -- ZERO INTEGRITY. DAMAGED GOODS. NO REPAIR OR REFUND. LIARS!**

    A very lengthy and naked review about this company and the damage they caused, yet never fixed, will be posted in the coming week. As well, I have all the text screen shots I'll post on my website I'm in the process of creating to outrank their website and save the consumers time and money.

    They have no insurance - the owner of the company admitted it to my face standing in my house looking at my ripped 6 month old leather couch and brand new Samsung Black Stainless dryer they smashed the face of and broke the base on.

    No repairs, no refund, nothing. Just a lot of smoke and mirrors. Sad.. So I'll let the online exposure campaign commence! Stay tuned..

  2. Worst Moving Experience Ever!

     
    If you work hard for your belongings and take care of them then, I urge you not to consider this pathetic excuse of a moving company! They were supposed to show up between 7-9AM, finally, after trying to reach the owner, Travel Randolph, he called us at 9:30AM to say that his driver called out sick but he is sourcing another one. The two movers who showed up, arrived after 11AM, dressed like they were going to a party, not ready to work. They ran out of supplies to wrap ALL of our furniture, even though we were assured that everything would be wrapped. After 6 hours, they finally thought they finished loading the truck but we had to point out that they forgot 3 items. They got to the new house and almost every piece of furniture that was unloaded was damaged in some way, shape or form. In total, 11 pieces of furniture were damaged as well as a chunk of our garage door. On the way back to the old house because remember, they didn't load the truck correctly, they apparently got lost and showed up an hour later when it is only 15 mins away. We were told a claim would be filed and the owner would come out to take pictures to help substantiate the claim. After two weeks, the owner finally came out and he has the nerve to bring his small son to our home as if we would offer some sympathy card. Not to mention, he just came from basketball practice, per him; thus, he was not dressed like a professional. Now, we are being told that he doesn't believe that the damage done is worth paying his $1000 deductible and filing a claim with his insurance company so he's going to fix everything himself..yeah right! After multiple requests, we were finally provided with the name of his insurance company; however, after calling to inquire, they cannot seem to locate a policy # for his business, under any name, only a personal auto policy. It now makes sense, there is NO insurance! There is nothing about this company that says "integrity" and Travel should considering changing the business name. We have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as contacted an attorney to take the next steps into our own hands.
