Run, do not hire them. They lie and are not dependable. We hired and pre-paid these movers to be at our home on a specific date, four weeks in advance and they were not the cheapest, but could guarantee the date, no problem Saul said.. Was assured that they'd be there in the AM again on that day two days before the date. I stressed how critical it was to be there then as we had to be out of the sold home the following Monday and all had been pre-packed and was ready to go. I had taken two days off to make sure all went well. I also explained that I'd just had rotator cuff sugary a few days before the scheduled move and that I'd be there to instruct, but could not help with any lifting. The morning of the move, no show, no call..10:30 I finally get a call from the Texas service center saying that they would not be there that day and would try for the following day, in the afternoon, as the truck scheduled for our move had had the battery stolen that night. I said why not get another battery and she told me they stole the wires too! They are in Tacoma, Wa. and could have gotten another truck from Penske, but she could not do that as the movers now had the day off but they'd be there in the afternoon the following day. I called our Rep. Saul but he would not pick up the phone..long story short, we rented largest U-hual and used help me move to load the truck and had it done that late PM. Had to make 2 trips 9 hours, but just made our deadline to be out by hours. Both my wife and I were totally exhausted and PO'd at the lack of care these people gave us. Took over 10 days to get our money back too after threatened charge back..Adam's moving from Tacoma..run!
