  1. Never seen such unprofessional and scam.

    The company who threw the cartons in my new home left in oil all over my things. Left without putting things back to where they were as promised. Left the damn curtains on the floor I will attach all the pictures the I provided to their “ unprofessional manager” who just says sorry and does nothing just charges money for no service and write reviews good ones to himself. Lol.

    Excellent local moving and storage services highly recommend they move over office from business bat media city.

  3. Lack of communications, Unprofessional, disorganized.

    Multiple followups, clarifications, request to send boxes ahead of relocation for our packing. You chase and you chase and you chase and there's no answer. Unfortunately, our company is using them for visa processing as well. No News - after a month of followup & just checking the embassy website - you know that we have missed the deadlines.

    They make a stressful relocation even more stressful. Don't DO IT.

  4. Stay away like the plague.

    Like the review before mine, my experience with them was utterly terrible. Completely lacking in communication, with zero updates on delivery time. 2 weeks after my shipment had reached their warehouse, and I'm still not getting any idea on when I can expect my delivery. They totally do not care. Stay away.

  5. Avoid this mover!

    I recently used Alfa to move from Singapore to the US and was shocked by how unprofessional, uncooperative, and uncommunicative they were. I received two quotes from them, one for faster LCL shipment (estimated at 4-6 weeks) and the other for slower FCL (estimated at 8-10 weeks), and specifically chose to go with the more expensive LCL emphasizing my desire to get everything as soon as possible. They never sent any sort of confirmation or provided shipping notices and I didn't hear from them until I reached out to them trying to figure out when my items were to arrive. At this point they informed that they actually were not able to get my shipment on the ship they originally intended so now the estimated arrival date was 8 weeks. They then stopped responding to all attempts at communication, either through email or phone. I finally heard from the US company delivering the items, and received my things nearly 16(!) weeks after being packed to ship. Even the delivery was full of problems, as the US company informed me that Alfa had not told them that furniture needed to be reassembled (which I also paid extra for) or that any of the boxes were to be removed (again, also in my contract), and thus refused to do any of those things without extra money. In sum, the entire experience was extremely stressful and time-consuming and Alfa alternated between ignoring my communication attempts and refusing to refund any of the extra amount paid for LCL shipping. I would normally love to support a small business but in this case I would strongly advise you avoid Alfa at all costs and save yourself time, money and aggravation by paying a bit more up front to use a reputable, larger moving company that understands the concept of basic professionalism and delivering the paid-for service. The one pleasant interaction in this transaction was the insurance company they worked with, which was extremely responsive and professional and paid for the repairs to my broken item immediately - and when the insurance company is the "nice" company in an encounter you know the other is truly awful.
