Terrible
Absolutely terrible. The workers are cool, but the owner is absolutely trash. He will not take accountability for anything. So I had them move me into a townhouse, but when I got there didn’t like the place so decided to not move in. Asked them to move the stuff back out once I found a new house. Owner gave me an amount, and I paid, then he called later and said his calculations were off, and requested more money, I paid it immediately. So the next week I hired and had them move me again. A few things broke, a few things got scratched but I really wasn’t stressing it. Until they broke my wine refrigerator and then they cracked one of the TVs. It took him a week to respond, now imagine me doing that to him. So then he says reach out to the insurance company through the truck and they should handle it. So I do that and when the insurance company reached out to him he changed his story. So I said OK that’s fine I’ll come back to him and get his insurance company to pay for the damages and he avoiding me again for another week until I threaten to sue him and then he turned into a tough guy. I’ll just take him to court. I’d never again use them. He is absolute trash.

On Friday 10/6, we hired All Around Movers of Huntersville, NC through U-Haul's website (movinghelp.com) to unload a storage container and to move furniture between 2 rooms inside our house. They sent a 3-person crew. Two of the guys kept me and my husband busy by asking us questions or having us show them where to place the items they were unloading. While they did that, the other guy was going through our closets, drawers, cabinets, etc. They helped themselves to electronics and medication. We caught on when I noticed that the computer I was using had been removed from my desk. My husband confronted them before they could leave and we also called 911. We were able to take the computer back and we prevented them for taking another CPU that they were getting ready to put in their car. They sped away when we tried to see what else they had put in their car. They got away with 1 Samsung tablet and 2 bottles of my 87 year-old father's prescription pain medication.
The sheriff's team was outstanding, but the truth is that these bandits may never be caught. The owner of the company continued to let this person work jobs that night and through the weekend, so it's possible other people experienced the same thing.

BEWARE..Mover stole my money
I originally was going to pay for my move using a credit card. I decided to pay in cash. The driver/mover had my credit card information and advised me he would correct his paperwork to reflect I paid in cash and make sure my card wasn't charged. Not feeling comfortable with that, I asked him to sign my copy and/or give me back the cash. Again, he assured me not to worry. I got a bad feeling about the driver not wanting to sign my paperwork so I canceled my credit card. I'm glad I did. Driver pocketed my money and now I am being harassed by Don as well as being charged for theft of services. Driver pocketed the money and tried to charge my credit card. Rather than paying All Around Movers twice, I'm letting the DA handle this.
