Without a doubt, All Direction Express made our cross country relocation, the best moving experience that we could have possibly imagined. When I first enquired about an estimate, I spoke with the nicest and most patient person out of all the reps from any of the companies I spoke with, Susan. In my conversation with Nick which lasted over an hour, she laid out just about every possible scenario that could happen during a move, from possible shuttle fees, delivery timeframe estimates, pricing points and everything in between. I wasn’t very confident on a estimate over the phone so Susan send me a great guy to do a visual estimate for me. Avi the estimator seemed very knowledgeable on what he was doing, he took the time as well to answer all of our questions and he gave us a guaranteed price quote. That right there was pretty much the deciding factor in my husband and I choosing them to move us. Now, we had several in-home estimates and all of the companies that visited our home were extremely professional but the great customer services from Hercules made me feel that I was in the right hands. To make the story short, David and his 2 helpers came in at 8am to prep our home for the actual move. They taped up the stairway, covered our doors, floors, carpet, walls etc.. They put stickers on every piece, packed our boxes, wrapped every piece of furniture and in doing so, they did not damage a single item, they did not scrape or rub the walls. David really made sure that nothing will damage and he took special care when running the hand trucks around the house. They broke their backs to make our move an incredible one. They were an incredible company to deal with and a pleasure to do business with. We will most likely not move for a long time, but they will be getting calls from everyone that we know when it is their time to move.
