  1. Shipment.

Military picked this company for our shipment and it has been 20 days since they have missed the required delivery date. Whenever we called they always told us different dates for pur delivery. They always give false information and don't keep track on the shipment. If any of my stuff is damaged I will make sure they pay for it. Awful..

  2. Use ATLAS if you can AVOID this company if you value your goods!!

I did not chose this company it was chosen for me by the military. It should be noted that I have used 8 other moving companies in my last 12 years of service and I have had no issues prior to now. I consider myself a very reasonable person. So much so that this was my first moving company claim ever when I used ALOHA Worldwide Forwarders INC.

When my goods were delivered boxes had been ripped apart and clothing was strewn about. The unpacking crew stated that the original crew did not pack the large items tightly enough thus allowing for movement during the shipping process. This accounted for washer and dryer dents and scratches. The TV Stand had a 3 inch hole through the door and broken hinges that could not be repaired. Dishes were chipped since they were just stacked with no paper in between. Stained clothing, busted picture frames. ALL my mattress and box springs were ripped from dragging two of which had complete holes. My solid cherry wood master bedroom set had long dents and gashes from top to midway point removing color as well. My 4k Television had a small hole from the cord (assumption on from what) which is all the way through the screen. My book shelf was "tweaked" bent down in the center and non repairable. My sofas were all that remained in original condition. I felt my home went from a medium amount of nicely kept items to the look of a college kid with hand-me-down furniture. The company did not pay replace non repairable items instead they have offered "loss of appearance" sums. I argued but my points were unheard and mostly unanswered save one phone call and one email. I have spent over $3,000 dollars fixing and replacing items and I have yet to receive one cent on items settled on two months ago. At this point I have gone back in the system and settled on all items hoping that some reimbursement will come. After $3,000.00 in repairing my home items, it would have been cheaper to pay for my own selected movers out of pocket and providing receipts for the military to reimburse the expense. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hopefully it helps you.
