Mover threatened me with physical harm.

MOVER ASSIGNED TO MY MOVE ACTUALLY MADE A THREAT OF PHYSICAL HARM TOWARDS ME!! My move started out very good but went completely wrong when I corrected one of the movers with his inaccurate mention of my 4 hour start and end time. After showing him proof of times on my cell phone of texts and calls between us, he fell silent but shortly became irate at the thought of not being paid overtime fees. Next thing you know, I'm being accused of yelling and disrespecting him. I then had to watch him throw a juvenile temper tantrum and sit in the front of the moving truck, refusing to do anything until he spoke with his Boss (whom I called and had already spoken to the onsite Lead, instructing them to continue working until the correct end time). At one point my Husband and the mover got into an argument because the mover said "I have children her size, I'll have her a*s out in this yard". I have a gash in my front door because the Lead mover (who was amazing and extremely apologetic for the other movers behavior) had to move my washing machine upstairs without his coworker. Following a 10 minute call to the owner, the irate mover started to help again, but he carelessly put my things down and scratched my wall. This move ended with no apologetic follow up call from the owners and no discounted rate for this EXTREMELY unprofessional situation. Instead, I paid over $400 to have damage left to my brand new home and a mover absolutely ruin what was a monumental occasion in my life (moving into a newly built home and my very first home). Lead mover Johnny was AMAZING, but save yourself the undeserved stress and TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
