  1. Worst Movers of America.

    I spoke with a man named Ron whom initially guaranteed my items would be delivered a week from pickup.  I was very hesitant originally going with another moving company because I had a horrible experience moving from Illinois to Florida, however Ron assured me that it was a great moving company.  My items arrived a week later than scheduled and they failed to notify me.  I called them to inquire where my stuff was being that I never received a phone call and they explained that my stuff was not shipped to Illinois yet because the truck was full and I needed to wait.  Approximately four days later I received a phone call from the mover stating that my stuff would arrive on THANKSGIVING DAY between 4 pm and 7 pm!  Thanksgiving day came around and I received another phone call from the driver stating they weren’t going to be able to make it until the following day.  After arguing with the driver being that I missed Thanksgiving with my family they agreed to have it later that evening.  They arrived around 9 pm that evening.  The movers stated they wanted another $50 dollars from me because I lived on the 2nd floor of an apartment (which was explained to Ron when I first setup the move).  I received my furniture, only to find out my bedroom mirror no longer had any glass in it, my 46" television was cracked internally AND my dresser was scratched.  I contacted the company the day after regarding my damaged items and the dispatcher did not apologize for my items being damaged but stated I needed to call back Monday.  I called back Monday and was told to email Deb the pictures of my damaged items and Deb stated there was not proof that my television was broken because the movers failed to plug it in prior to moving it.  Deb failed to do anything about the damaged goods and advised that I contact the claims department.  Horrible experience!!

  2. WORST Movers of America!!

    They arrived 3 hours late and didn't call, 1 mover had a bad ankle and barely worked, the truck broke temporarily (the mover said he told his supervisor, but refused to fix it), the movers were unprofessional, the driver got a speeding ticket, they were unprofessional (cursing in front of a child and generally had poor language), they broke a piece of furniture and din't even offer to fix it, then charged me for an extra hour of labor.  My wife latoer told me they gave her looks the whole day.  They advertise a local number, but are not a local company.  WORST movers of America!!

  3. Moving experience.

    This company solicited our business by calling us back because of a cancelled appointment.  Once we set up the move we were called and told they were behing schedule due to a tire blow out.  They not only did not move us but refused to communicate with us after they stranded us for the move!  Even the manager blew us off and didn't call us back after promising he would.  We were shocked that a company would be this unprofessional--we never got an acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience that they caused us.  Don't use this company!
