  1. First Experience With A Mover--It Was Excellent!

I'm not one who has ever needed a moving company before so hiring a moving company was all new to me.  I needed a moving company on short notice to move some office furniture.  I reached out on a community site on Facebook and Mark responded quickly with a reasonable quote.  His crew was polite, hardworking and efficient despite a heavy downpour just as they arrived at their destination.  I would recommend them to anyone who might be needing their services and when I need moving services again, I will certainly call them again.  Thanks guys! .

  2. Short Notice, Excellent Job.

When the other moving company I had hired (named after the large lake where I live) didn't show up, I was in a bind and cold called Mark Therrell at AngelMove.  He jumped through hoops to get me moved the same day.  The guys, Tony and Gary, worked way past normal hours to get the job done and I was so grateful. All my furniture went into storage for an upcoming move and I will be calling AngelMove for that one as well.  Many thanks to Mark, Tony and Gary for a job well done.

  3. Move Experience.

I wanted to personally thank the guys from over at Angel Move. The movers named Perry and Tony were exceptional! I contacted the owner Mark Harrell the day of my move, because another company didn't show up. He allowed me to book his crew and they were outstanding. The fact that it was raining, and I had to be completely out of my place that same day, and the team got me out in a timely manner, made me realize that I will not only be giving this company repeat business in the future, but I will strongly recommend them to friend's and family.

  4. Just the worst move EVER! Lies all the way.

Angel Move is the WORST WORST MOVERS EVER!! I usually don't complain about people, but these people take the cake! Worst experience in moving EVER!! Just the worst move EVER! Lies all the way.   Angel Move is the WORST WORST MOVERS EVER!! I usually don't complain about people, but these people take the cake! Worst experience in moving EVER!! Just the worst move EVER! 5. Big Move to Louisiana.

This had started with an estimate getting our needs met and price agreed upon.
The movers came and were very professional and loaded the truck and wrapped everything. We were very pleased. The offload came the next day on time and happy to go to work

It wss not hard to set up and wss completed by professional workers.

I would call them first when I move.

  6. One Bedroom Apartment Move.

I have used AngelMove twice and recommend them highly.  The first time everything was excellent.  There were different guys for the second move and they were fine, just not the same caliber of the first ones.  Everything is packed into a large truck so you get a lot of movement of your belongings.  There was a small tear in the leather of the arm on my loveseat.  It is on the end, so isn't too visible.  Otherwise, there was no breakage or other damage.    .

  7. Upsetting Experience.

I scheduled a move at 2:00 with AngelMove, and by 5:00 they had not shown up or called. I called them more than once during that time simply to ask for an estimate of when they would arrive, and Mark was extremely rude to me and told me that I couldn't expect anything better because my move was small and in the middle of the day, and that he had "no idea" when his men would arrive because they didn't have a phone in their truck -- although he also said more than once that they were supposedly already in my neighborhood. Finally, I had to cancel the move because I was scheduled to leave town and couldn't wait any longer. When I did this, Mark said "Whatever," and hung up on me.

It was not the lateness that bothered me but the extreme rudeness. I understand that things happen, and I hired them because I wanted to support a family business, but I was startled by their attitude towards me. If they were angry about the size and time of the job, they should have simply declined it so I could hire someone else.
