  1. Liars,scammers.

Please read this entire review, it's only for your benefit!! Stay away from this company.
Do not use this company. They are liars and scammers and low ball your costs to hook you by promising everything then when it comes to moving day they jack the price by double. Oh, and don't expect to pay by credit card on delivery. They don't take credit cards on delivery.
Also, you have to pay 70% of the total charge on pick up after they load the truck and tell you that you have twice as much stuff than what they quoted you on.
So a word to the wise, have them come out and look at what you have, then give you the price. This way they can't low ball you. Then jack you around after packing their truck. Oh and, your stuff will probably be unpacked and put in a warehouse then repacked onto another truck before they even leave to deliver your goods.

I wish I would have looked up these reviews before I booked with them. Horrible customer service as well. I called and the second time I called I was hung up on.

Oh, and the driver bullied my daughter a week prior to delivering her goods. He threatened her that the storage yard where her goods were going to be stored inside a climate controlled facility, did not have space for him to pull his truck into so she would have to pay extra for him to park on the street and carry her stuff further. Which by the way was not true. He had plenty of room to pull in.

Also, make sure your storage unit isn't too far from the door or truck because they charge for anything over 100 feet away. Also charge for the number of stairs they have to climb and or if they have to move your stuff onto an elevator. These moving companies nickle and dime the sweat right out of you. And to top it off there is really no regulation to protect the consumer from these types of companies. There use to be a law called the 110% law. However, someone got their hands on it and figured out a way around that too. Also, know. The difference between a binding and non binding proposal. One more thing, buy the cheapest insurance as well. Because if they break something their coverage is very minimal at best. At least if you spend $100.00 on the cheapest coverage usually $1000. Deductible and they break something worth more they will have to cover it. Because if they break something or loose something less than that you can replace it but something that cost more than $1000.00 you have to eat the cost.

Do your homework people. If they won't come out to see what your shipping then do not hire them to ship your goods. They treat you like they did you a favor. Instead of you hiring them to do work for you.The only good experience from this company where the three drivers that initially picked up my daughters goods and packed them on the first truck. Unfortunately I don't remember their names.
The salesman Marco Salinas is very nice and sounds like he really is doing you a favor, but in actuality it's a bait and switch scam. He's a liar and is only in it not for customer satisfaction but to make a buck!!

Go with national van lines they are reasonable, they do not low-ball you, and they come out to see what you have before quoting you a price. Very respectful and dependable. When they pick up your items it's on the truck they are shipping them in. No movement of your goods until they deliver them to your door. Oh, one more thing, having a bbb rating of a+ doesn't necessarily mean they are honest and reliable!
