Moving company lost my valuable items.

My name is Svetlana Sonkin. I’m retiree and decided to relocate to Florida. I found moving company Atlantic Express Moving and Storage Inc. with reasonable price. My belonging were packed and picked up on June 2, 2015 in Bellevue, Washington to be delivered to Tampa, Florida. Name of driver was Jee, truck had plate:” Oklahoma” 2TM911. Driver gave me his cell phone number 253-3244891. I called to dispatcher on June 25 from Tampa that I am home and ready for delivery. After that I did wait for more than 1, 5 months. I tried to call a lot of times to Atlantic moving and Storage Inc., sent a few e-mails, but nobody responded. Finally, at the end of July, I received a phone call from the dispatcher of the company and he said that all my items were located in Atlanta and I will receive all my stuff very soon. He promised to make a discount because company has no additional trucks and I need to wait again. Finally, I received my boxes on August 12, 2015. Two boxes were missing, three were completely broken. I paid full price for delivery, waited 33 business days instead of maximum 21, lost a lot of valuable items and didn’t receive any compensation. I sent complaint to Claim Department Atlantic Express Moving and Storage Inc. Nobody responded to me. I sent complaint again. I found the company Anthem Claim Management LLC to help me to solve my problem with the Atlantic Express Moving and Storage Inc., but Anthem Claim Management LLC had no contract with them. I sent claim to Customer services BBB, California and Lena Palacios represent of Complaint Department promised to decide my problem before Nov. 1, 2015. I waited more than 1, 5 months.
After Nov. 1, 2015 I received an e-mail that company has no responded to BBB to date. I sent all documents to the Office of the Attorney General, California and received letter that I need to have contact to U.S. Department of Transportation. I sent all documents to Department of Transportation and received letter from Michael A. Evans, MHRM Transportation Specialist US. Department of Transportation. Mr. Evans promised to decide my entire problem as soon as possible. It was Jan.6, 2016. He sent a few e-mail and called me a few times. I sent Letter to U.S. Senator Marco Rubio. He forwarded my letter to U.S. Department of Transportation and I received a few e-mail from Dubose James (FMCSA).Today is Oct 3, 2017 and I’m still waiting.

I would like to ask only one question: “Where is justice in my country? “ Now I’m 70 years old. I’m citizen of United States of America. I lost most of my valuable items. It’s impossible to buy the same items again because I’m retiree now. I can send to your address copies of all documents including household goods descriptive inventory with information about missing boxes and company representative signature, interstate bill of lading contract and order for service, letters and e-mails. I’m asking for compensation from the moving company. Please, help me to cover the cost of lost goods. How long I need to wait?
