Do Not Use This Company - This is a Scam.
They have figured out that they are a 3rd party to the websites. Moving Helpers and Uhaul will not assist even though they are hosting a criminal operation. If he has scammed you as well, make a police report then go to your bank with a dispute and the report number. By law, they have to give your money back because they are federally insured. But again, Kelly from Atomkinder knows this.
Never Showed.
WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, MY DAUGHTER HIRED THEM TO MOVER HER AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. NOW SHE IS TRYING TO GET HER MONEY BACK.
Completely Flaked - DO NOT HIRE.
About 3 weeks before my move, I selected Atomkinder to assist me with my unload. About 3 days before my move, I confirmed with Kelly (a guy) that everything was good and he assured me they would be here to help. The morning of the move, at the time I was expecting him to show up, he emails me asking when and where the move was happening. When I responded, I asked him to call me and didn't hear a single thing back.
Bottom line, if you want someone reliable, DO NOT HIRE ATOMKINDER. It was about the worst experience he possibly could have given me.

These guys were great! They got there and started working right away. They were fast too. I didn't have any problems when I gave them direction. They made sure to cover up any breakable items. I ordered two helpers and I got two guys. They helped me tape boxes that were open. They packed all my stuff into the truck in an organized way and were very courteous. I was very pleased with my order. I would order them again.
No Show - Horrible Experience.
I booked Atomkinder Moving Services through U-haul Moving Helpers. I submitted the online request form about 3 weeks prior to my move. Two days later I received an email from Kelly (the owner) asking for more specific details (address, start time, etc). I responded the same day with the requested information. Days went by and I didn't hear anything, so 6 days later I sent an email asking him if my move was confirmed or if he needed more information. He responded 3 days later stating that yes, my move was confirmed for 2/27 and that moving helpers would be there between 12-12:30. The day prior to my move, I received a text with my confirmed move details and it also stated the payment would be taken out of my account. I have all of this in writing, it wasn't a phone call or something that could've been misunderstood.
The day of my move..noon rolls by..then 12:30..at 12:45 I try calling the number I was given in my confirmation - all I received was an error message. Tried again - same message. Sent a text - no response. Sent an email - no response. Many more phone calls, texts, and emails sent over the next two hours with no response whatsoever. I tried to schedule other movers, but no one was available the same day. I ended up roping some friends and family into helping me move - we weren't done until almost 10pm.
It is now three days later, and I have tried calling and emailing again to figure out what happened (and to get a refund because the money had been withdrawn). I still have yet to receive a response. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I cannot believe how professional this company is. I am an understanding person, and I know that this is a small local company and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. But to not even attempt to apologize or explain? It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.
I will never use this company again and will post every where I can to ensure no one else is scammed by Atomkinder. Also, I still haven't received my refund. .
No Show.
We schedule for the movers to be here about 3 days ahead of time and were able to keep in contact with the movers pretty well until the day of the move. The movers promise to be here at 11 a.m.. That time came and went.. And we heard nothing. I attempted to reach them via the number listed on their website and when I did I got an answer from the mother of the owner of the business saying that they were out in the field, But she did not know how to reach them. It is now 2:40 p.m. and I have not heard one word back from the movers. we were forced to call another company, last minute, and are now paying way over what we planned to pay. Is it absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional.:(.
