  1. Great Job Guys

Rico and Jimmy did an A+ job when they moved us from Indian Land to Westfield IN. Could not have asked for better guys or better service. Thanks Ballantine and Beyond.

  2. Ballantyne and Beyond Moving is the best!

They saved my day! I had to move quickly and very last minute Ballantyne and Beyond was able to work with me last minute on a weekend and get me moved! They were professional and so kind. They are easy to talk to and very straight forward.

  3. 7/31/18 Move of Moms Items.

JW,Shawn and Saiyd were fantastic. They were compassionate that my Mom had passed away and it was difficult being in her assisted living apartment. They hustled to get all items out and on truck. They took care of the goodwill drop off then came to my house to drop off remaining items. Still hustling to get done so this whole event would be over for me. In doing so, they also worked to save me some money just to get me a break during this difficult time. All work done with care to ensure items arrived in same condition. This is my 3rd time using B&B, this company is reasonably priced and excellent service. Thank you guys!!

  4. Broke my furniture.

We had them move a very expensive bedroom suit and when they were done we left right behind them to go clean up the old house. The next day we go to put the bed together and notice that the headboard had been broke. So we call and tell them they tell us they have to talk to the movers. They talk to them don't know what was said they find pieces of my headboard in the truck. So the tell me they have to look into what to do about it and they will get back with me. The next day we get a email saying that they are going to cut me a check for 60 dollars for the headboard that cost me 1100 dollars 2 years ago. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend nor will I ever use these people again. Thinking of getting bill McGinty on the news to show how they treat your stuff then when they mess it up they don't do nothing to fix or replace it.

  5. Move Across Town.

I was very happy with the moving company I decided to choose. Our company had a situation where we were taking two locations and combining them into one.  We also had an area that housed construction tools & educational materials for the construction industry.
The owner, Ken, recommended we do the move in 3 phases/days - which worked well & kept the move from getting too overwhelming. Ballantyne & Beyond also loaned us some very sturdy boxes to move some of the more cumbersome items.
Ken came out and did a walk through to give me a quote - the quote was on point with other companies and our actual cost came in just under the quote. What really stood out to me were the ideas Ken had to make the move easier; such as large carts for computer screens and towers. Also, we packed and moved some of the furniture towards the loading door – to reduce the amount of time it would take the crew to load and move things.  This helped keep us keep on budget.
Ken came out on the first day of the move and introduced me to the crew.  The crew was efficient and I do not believe anything was broken (we did have some already broken items). The crew also packed up some of the little random things & the computers. The crew worked hard and quickly.
Overall from the movers’ side of things – the move went very well and ended up being much easier than I anticipated.

  6. On time On Budget.

After one very bad experience with anoet local company we went to our Real Estate agent, Alan Tate. She suggested Ballantyne & Beyond Moving, allthough she indicated she had never personally used them she heard good things and they have been a preferred mover with Tate for several years. These guys showed up on time and wasted no time. Not one ding, not one scratch. It was very obvious they very experienced and in sync with one another. We were very please with the throughness of tghe estimate and the overall communication during the overall process. Very very pleased. Highly reccommend!!

  7. Just groce.

All of my furniture made it ok ,and I got what I paid for to make that clear. The lead guy was very good and full time I'm sure. The two helpers of the day had dirty shoes and ripped pants and brand new shiny shirts which was telling. One ate a french fry from my kids plate when they were done and flat out asked me for a tip, which was ok but creeped me out a bit. I'm pretty new to the charlotte area but it seems grown up enough that we can probably do better. Maybe go with Gentle Giant or Hildrup next time.
