Barans removals.
I was very pleased with the service we received from Baran's removals. The quote was fairly priced and there were no hidden extras. On the day the men turned up on time and everything went very smoothly. The boxes had been well marked and were delivered to the correct rooms with ease. Beds and sofas ect were put back together without any problem. The men were polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend them again.

The Barans team are so friendly and helpful. When providing me with a quote, they were sure to take everything into consideration so they could provide us with a quote that was accurate and fair. To begin with, we were quite concerned about parking as we were moving to the city centre, which had quite restricted parking. Steve at Barans reassured us that it wouldn’t be a problem and really put our minds at rest. On moving day, everything went so smoothly and we were settled in, in no time. Barrans removals made moving such a lovely experience. Their team came on time with all the equipment they needed and were such a great help. They really made sure to look after all of my belongings and they even organised everything so it was easy to find once they finished. I would 100% recommend them for a house removal. They are a cost effective, helpful and very professional removals company.
Why advertise Crate Hire? when you dont.
Called this company - I got a quote it was too high and over my budget. I went on to enquire about crate hire as advertised on website - Stephan offered to give me the telephone of a company that did hire crates as they did not hire crates. I could tell he was not happy that I did not give him the removal work, and when he went on to give me some lecture, I interrupted and asked for the telephone number. Stephan refused to give me the number until I said "please" I told him I'd see him later and ended the call. My experience was unpleasant and I feel I had a lucky escape from what could have been nightmare service and zero customer service. bad communication and a waste of time.
Used 3 times now.
We have used barans removals 3 times now, each time they have packed and moved us without and problems.
They have always arrived on time and work quickly as a team.
After three moves now we arestill yet to have anything damaged, the guys take a lot of care when packing and handling our things.
I actually look forward to moving again.

Was quoted around £300 for a 2-3 hour morning job, and charged £588!! No explanation for the huge increase (job took within quoted time) - tried emailing to enquire, and email doesn't work. Job was very professional but do not believe your quote!
Baran's Removals.
Barans are brilliant, after reading the person below I fely it necessary to write on here. I move often due to business and have used numerous removal companies so feel that I know what I am talking about. From the top down the people at Barans are hard working, polite, funny and provided a great service. The lads who came to do the move were hard working and genuinely good fun to be around. they never stopped from 8.30 to 6.00 pm except for the odd cuppa that I provided! all I can think is that the previous reviewer has had a personality transplant and cannot take their cheeky humour, or thinks it unacceptable for human beings to stop to drink tea!! our quote worked out exactly as Mr Baran had estimated, he even waived the last half an hour as a good will gesture. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!! .

All I can say is WOW!
These lads are such a cheery bunch. Even on a wet thursday when its freezing cold!! My husband and I were so stressed at the thought of this move, but Mat, Mark (Baldy!) and the others made the day actually seem fun!
The price was good too- working out to within £20 of the quote.
They also threw in plenty of boxes and packing materials for free, which was a nice touch, and then gave me the option of either keeping them or them coming to pick them up from the new house.
I would recommend them any time.
Dreadful Removal Company.
Barans Removals based in Twickenham, London. DO NOT use them. Steve Baran, the man you liaise with on the telephone, is a very rude bully. He promises one thing and denies what he's said. The price always becomes much more than he has suggested. (No fixed price, only charges by the hour). Charges from their base unlike some firms who charge, if it's by the hour, from the pick up address and finish at the delivery address. Also his prices are high per hour. He is extremely rude and bullying. He pretends he's voted the top most popular removal company but it has to be a pretence. We have moved many times and have never never had such bad treatment. When the goods came out of store, 2 things were damaged and the removal men (who are quite nice) agreed that there was damage. When I rang Steve Baran immediately the next day to get a claim form, he shouted at me and bullied me and told me there was no damage and wouldn't listen to me.
