We had a great experience with Bekins personnel from start to finish. They were timely, diligent and professional.
Absolutely 100% recommended in EVERY regard
Before I start, I want to share that this is our THIRD trans-American move (SF - NYC - SEA - NYC). We have never been happier. Every single aspect of the transaction from intro calls to the drop off yesterday morning went without a hitch. Comms were incredibly tight and it felt to us like they were personally invested in our move. They understand the nature of our move and worked around OUR needs to have everything waiting for us in NYC for when we had a lease.
On top of that, there was a 150lb live-edge table which arrived in perfect condition.
We've had ok moves and we've had terrible moves - I was going to be ok with another 'ok' move, but this really was above and beyond. Oh, and well priced too...
Go with Bekins and know you are in the BEST HANDS.
Do Not Recommend
Loading crew was careful and efficient. But Bekins STILL has no delivery date, 12 days after loading our possessions. We are living in a hotel room because we cannot move into our house with no belongings. This is ridiculous. If Bekins NW could not move us within the specified time range, they should not have taken our business. We don't know what the eventual cost will be, since we are paying for a motel room every day they are late. Would never recommend Bekins NW to anyone!!!

I only moved about an hour away, but they showed up on time and nothing was damaged. Overall really happy with how everything went.
Perfect move..
On time. They hustled. Nothing broken. VERY professional. Absolutely would recommend.. HIGHLY! Moved my mother’s belongings .. and mom would definitely let me know if she was not happy. WHEW .. she is VERY happy!
Internal move.
I needed 2 men to move furniture from living room and dining room into the garage in a split level house. Men did an excellent job and completed in reasonable time. Would definitely be happy to have the same men to move the furniture back after the new flooring is installed!

My experience with Bekins Northwest was Excellent from start to finish..!! I requested a quote online and was contacted in reply by email AND a personal call from a wonderful, cheerful, and helpful company representative the very next morning. She answered all my questions and set up an on-site estimate at my earliest convenience. Kent Allen came and gave me the estimate, taking into consideration my personal needs to wrap the innards of the Grandfather Clock I needed to move. The movers came well prepared, on time, and worked quickly and accurately, and finished in LESS time than expected. I was extremely satisfied. It couldn't have gone any better. I highly recommend Bekins Northwest, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.!
Move from Cali to Washington state.
John Gish was amazing. He would answer all my calls immediately. I never had to wait for anything. He even answered on his vacation to make sure I was taken care of. I felt like I was being taken care of by family. Both the movers who picked up and delivered were fast ,professional and respectful with our belongings. I would recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be using them again even for local moves.
Good Experioence.
We needed to move a partial load (about 900 lbs) of furniture from Idaho to Sun City West, AZ. The Bekins salesperson Cheryl did a walk-through, explained the entire process, and had paper work to me in geless than 24 hours. She was very knowledgeable and personable. The actual cost of moving was much less than the quote, which as a very pleasant surprise. The loaders in Idaho and the unloaders in Arizona were very skilled and professional. The entire process went exactly as planned, and it was a much less stressful situation than I had anticipated. Sarah in the office answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns immediately, and was very nice to work with, also. I will hire Bekins Northwest again, if I need their services. .
