Best Fit Movers are great!
Last week we moved from one two-story house to another. We have not moved for years and had accumulated a lot more stuff. I searched for a moving company for months but felt a little better after I found Best Fit Movers. We tried to be ready with packing, but there were still some items not packed when the movers arrived. The movers just took care of that with no issue. I had high expectations and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
These guys were great!
My neighbor used this company and recommended them to me. I started by sending them some pictures and communicated almost the entire process via messages and at the end we had just the confirmation call, on the last day before moving! They showed up on time and they respected what they said they would do! These guys were great!

Hiring movers was the best decision I ever made. Choosing Best Fit Movers was the second best.
I was quite skeptical, as I have never moved with actual movers before. They called me 30 minutes before arriving, and started the clock when they started moving me, not when they got there. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and shrink wrap, they took apart all our furniture and reassembled it in our new place. My roommates and I are so pleased with the move, and should I move again, I will be hiring these guys.

Our family has moved around the San Diego area twice in the last year- the first time with Best Fit Movers went very well so was very easy to call them again and set another move with more stuff. They are friendly and super professional. The movers take care of everything, packing and moving .At the end of the move they rearranged some heavy furniture at the new house when we realized it wouldn't fit the way we had hoped.

Alejandro and the team were great. We had to be out of our house before we had a new house.Best Fit Movers helped us not only with the move but also with the storage. After 1 month they moved us from storage to our new house, and that was great. They came in time, were efficient and courteous. They wrapped our furniture really well. I would recommend them to anyone for moving and storage.
HIDDEN FEES
My experience with Best Fit Movers was awful. I was given one quote when I booked my move and a time frame from for between 9-10AM for my movers to arrive. I was told that my movers would call me thirty minutes before arriving. They were soooo late. This day was already stressful enough. I hired movers to make things go smoothly and all it did was cause me more stress. By 9:30 I called Best Fit Movers because I hadn't received a call about my movers arriving and wanted an ETA. By 9:45 I was getting anxious and by 10 I was very concerned. I called several times, each time going to voicemail. When I was able to talk to someone, they told me they were unable to give me an ETA. This continued until past 11AM. My movers were supposed to arrive between 9-10 and showed up well after 11. I ended up missing a furniture delivery because of it. When my movers arrived, they had no idea they were supposed to arrive between 9-10 and said they were just told to come 15 minutes before they arrived. Nevertheless I was just happy to get started. They were nice and moved all my belongings safely. Throughout the process they asked if I would like them to wrap, tape, cover or secure my furniture. I said yes and thanked them. They never told me that it was an additional cost or how much of a cost. In my quote it does say that moving supplies are extra but they do not list their prices for things like a mattress bag or cling wrap. These cost me an extra 200 dollars. Now, I am glad nothing broke during the move, however my furniture is from IKEA. I would not have agreed to wrap those pieces if I knew it would cost so much for cheap furniture. Also, my movers ended up taking a few hours extra. The majority of my stuff was moved within an hour of them arriving but the furniture took them over an hour to wrap. When you add the cost of materials in with the cost of the hourly pay it is almost 400 bucks for that extra hour. I felt like I was personally misled. My move costed close to $1000 (double what I was quoted) and they were late. Also, I was told I would receive an email receipt. Never did. I was told a manager would call me on Monday (my move was a Saturday), she called me on Wednesday. When she called she seemed rude and unprofessional. Her name is Juliana. She didn't apologize for my movers being so late. I understand that materials cost extra and they take however long they have to take but I felt mislead by my quote and mislead by my movers who failed to tell me how much those costs would be. I am a college student who just paid first, last, and deposit on my apartment, moving supplies and furniture. This unexpected cost really hurt me for the month. I was so disappointed with the customer service of this business. I had an awful experience and do not recommend ever using their services. The hidden fees nearly bankrupted my budget and their customer service was terrible. The manager said she would call me back to talk about the experience and she never did. So unhappy.

From my first call to the last box, our experience was exceptional! Our representative was always available when I called to answer any questions I had. The moving crew were phenomenal!
