I am an extremely detailed, organized and particular person. I also spend time doing research and getting several estimations before hiring any business. After contacting Mary from Best Rate Movers, I felt completely at ease. She answered every question, wrote down every detail, and explained the entire process. By the time the estimation was over, and without getting any other estimations, I knew I was hiring them. Our closings turned into a nightmare and worked with us with the most patience and understanding. She reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Mario and his crew were polite, funny, friendly and professional. Not one item was broken or even scratched. I am a huge fan of Best Rate after they did a good job on helping with me with my move. Sonia, their sales rep, was such a sweet lady. She speaks with conviction but at the same time she is so respectful and kind. When she quoted me a great price, she assured that I wouldn’t pay more than what I was quoted. That put me at ease. Mario and his crew were all so helpful and respectful gentlemen. I am so blessed to have had these guys dealing with some of my most prized possessions. If I ever need to move again I am hoping to work with them in the future. Totally recommended!

They are extremely talented, hardworking, organized, disciplined, courteous, speedy and committed. What else I should look for? Best Rate Movers are the best in town! Mario and his team who moved our household were fast, even though charging by the hour, efficient, respectful and friendly. They were careful with our belongings and with our home (walls, doors, etc.). They used blankets and wrapping to protect our furniture, and at the end, nothing was broken. We were delighted and I highly recommend.

These guys are great! Moving has never been easier! They picked everything up and dropped it off super fast, and for much cheaper than the competition. I have family that are also moving to maine from california, and I have pretty much forced them to use this moving company. Great stuff, highly recommended.

I wanted to reach out and say thank you to the Best Rate team. I was refereed by a close friend. These guys were great! I received a Flat Rate and next day delivery. Thank you to Carl who was a great foreman. The guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job! The movers were kind and efficient. I had used movers in the past and thought not to use them again as I had a bad experience, however I was rest assured with Best Rate.
