    We had a terrible experience! please STAY AWAY! (Do not use! If I could give minus starts I would. Worst experience ever.)

    I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Hands down the WORST moving experience I have ever had. I am in the process of filing a claim for the missing(30% missing) and damage items (30% damaged)

    The LOADING: The foreman pushed and pushed us. He made me promise to give 'good reviews' and 'take care of his guys'. They shoved our stuff in boxes with no regard for value

    The WAIT(source location) : Our stuff was supposed to be there the week after. It took TWO weeks, truck delays, and promise after promise that was never kept.

    THE MONEY: The foreman started estimate again started ,bargaining back and forth to his manager and left place and again calling aking prices to include every thing stated work ( leads to frustration to customer )

    THE DELIVERING: I paid to them for damaged and missing boxes. The WORST experience of my life!! ,No responsiablity delivered the all invoices mentioned in list.

    CLAIM PROCESS: By Default its Basic coveraing , only accept s mailing the claims forms (no email service submit the claim form )

    CUSTOMER SERVICES: Very poor communicate back to customer ,Only Customer has to follow-up ,they have standard answers ex :working on /investigating/simply sending mail sayig "appologies damage and missing items standard mail.

  2. Lost items, items stored in damp warehouse, awful customer service.

    They do the size bait and switch that all moving companies do. They grossly under quote you and then charge more per pound or cubic food once they've started loading the truck.

    However, unlike other moving companies, they lost large several items of mine valued at $1,500. Everything was also damp and had to be washed. I guess they stored it in a wet warehouse. They only cover $0.60 per pound per article up to $5k. Basically, that means if they lose or damage something you get nothing

    Sounds like the other reviewers had similar experiences.

    Don't use this company. And if you must use them, buy insurance from a 3rd party, you'll need it!
