Great moving experience.
Hank was very professional and courteous and made me full very comfortable with the move the crew that handled my stuff did so as if it was there own house they were moving they delivered on time and with no damage they were very courteous and put everything were I asked them to with a smile on there face

Long distance move.
From the initial phone call throughout the delivery, everything was handled with much professionalism. Angela was very kind and very informative. She made me feel like I had no worries. She would even call to make sure I was kept informed of anything that might effect the move, such as weather, etc.. My things were handled with respect, and that meant a lot to me! Thanks again Angela! You made this move stress free. .
Awful Moving Company.
Angie convinced my husband and I that we would have a great experience with BHT Transportation. She said that their was no way that we would be charged more than her estimate because we had less than the normal amount of stuff. She said our stuff would most likely be delivered in 7-10 days. When our stuff arrived 18 days later we were shocked that they showed up late and then charged us an extra 540 dollars. When I called to sort this out the woman in charge was extremely rude to me. I am so disappointed with this company and I feel that they lied to us. My husband said he did not want to pay extra at the time of loading and they said we had nothing to worry about. BEWARE that they lie when filling out your inventory. When you say you have a bed..they will write down bed and then charge you extra for not writing down bed spring even though you told them you had a bed spring. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I would like to say that my move was hassle free! the movers were proffesional and well groomed :).. They were on time and done a awesome job packing up my stuff , I did a full apcking service move and I tell you these guys were great I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great honest mover.. Nightmare move.
This company did not perform they way they should have. The communication was terrible. They did not return calls or let us know about our delivery time. We were told if we could not take the delivery when they arrived we would have to pay $250.00 a hour for the wait. They did not have to wait in fact our delivery was 26 days late. The day we called about where our things were we were told it hadn't even left Ca. They do not call you back you have to keep calling for an update. Once you sign the contract the salesperson won't help you at all. The Dot # of the company that delivered the furniture was not the same as what was on the contract. They cracked one of our TV's that we paid extra for them to pack and then the worst part is we are missing our safe. Now they tell us to file a claim. How do you replace a value on the things in the safe? They still tell you they will call you back and then they don't. They won't unload the truck until you pay them cash and they really don't give you time to count your boxes or check for damages. If I knew all this before I started this move I would have rented a truck and drove myself. That way I would not have had my things loaded and unloaded and put in storage and then reloaded again. I just hope the safe turns up soon. I hope this review and help someone esle avoid all the problems and stress we have and are still going though.
Horrible move.
The company pickup my stuff on 06/15/2014 from Sammamish WA with the commitment that they will try to meet my 06/22/2014 delivery date. The company was not able to meet 06/22 delivery date, when contacted on phone on 06/23 I was told that they don't have any schedule for my delivery at this time and will update me when they have a schedule available. This keeps happening every 2nd or 3rd day when I call. Finally I was given the schedule of my delivery 07/14/2014 that truck is schedule to arrive at my house on 15/16 and he will call me 4 hours in advance. I complain that this is an excessive late delivery by 24 days.
On delivery , I had to fight to get my own items as they were saying it belongs to other party. when all the items were off loaded , I can see that my living room lamp set was broken. The driver came with paper work and ask me to sign and I told him that I have to list the items which are broken for a claim , he told me that he don't have time for this. I explained to him that I spoke with the company they said that I should list the broken items in Remarks area and then driver and I both should sign. The driver said I don't need your signature and don't have time to go over items. I said at least let me count the items if all are here but he left without taking my signature of receiving the delivery, saying "I am a contractor and I don't care" ., got into his truck and left.
