Worst company ever!!!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would in a heartbeat!!! Tony is a complete scum bag that will just tell you what you want to hear to suck you in. Total bait and switch!!! They were ignorant, yelling at my sister and I, over charged us once they got there and packed everything up so that you basically have no choice. They said they would take credit card but after everything was packed they demanded cash or check. All Russian men who do not speak English chaint smoking on my property! They stole multiple items and then canceled my claim because I gave them a poor review. ( per tony this is in the contract!) I moved three months ago, and on Sept 9th these fraudulent jerks CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN!!!! I contacted my fraud department and told them the entire story and that I want this prosecuted to the fullest. This company is a total scam and ripoff!!!!!!

Great communication
Josh, was our representative at BQ. He was very personal and attentive. He made every effort to address and meet our needs during the move. He made sure our move out went smoothly and made sure our delivery went the same. Very pleased with their high quality service. I'll be recommending them to my family.
A+ service
Great company to work with. The guys very respectful and polite. We were worried that all our items wouldn't fit on the truck but the guys were able to get it all done android and loaded no problem.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOW CLASS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE.
a) I was quoted a certain price after counting and going over every item with the movers yet the day of the move, TO my surprise, I had to pay an extra $800 because one of the movers complained that my boxes were too heavy. Thinking that it would ease their burden, I HELPED LOAD THE TRUCK making several trips and neither mover stopped me....I thought to myself, isn't that what movers do?...move heavy items?....go figure....
b) One of the movers forgot his face mask in the truck and didn't bother to go get it when packing my items in an enclosed area, risking not only himself but me, my wife and the other mover in this time of the pandemic.
c) I was promised a 7 to 10 day window for delivery from the time they pick up my boxes. Even if it was a day or two more, it wouldn't have been an issue. The pick up date was on Nov. 7th 2020 in NY....16 DAYS LATER they finally arrive....On THANKSGIVING morning!!! I kept getting calls from the driver and another employee from the office and their ETAs were so contradicting. The driver, on the one hand was saying that they are in Florida but he didn't know if they could get to me until later that evening or early the next morning (Thanksgiving) and on the other hand, the office employee had given me hope that they would arrive from 6pm to 7pm on the Eve. I had to cancel flight plans to enjoy my holiday with family and wait for the delivery...I had no choice....sure they would put my items in their storage facility but at what further cost?
d) I was interested in getting insurance protection after mulling it over with my wife. When I called to select my protection, they tell me that it had to be done 3 days prior to my pick up date. It would've been nice had they told me that earlier.
BQ Movers Were Great.
I needed a move to CT from NJ for my mother. I hired BQ after speaking with Anthony. He was by far the most professional and knowledgably person I spoke with after a few calls I received. They were affordable and were able to accommodate my last minute scheduling. I'm very happy with the service and will be sure to use them again if needed in the future.
Easy to work with.
They are very helpful and friendly. Easy to move with low budget. They take care of every little thing every part of my goods. Hope to see you soon.
Moving Company.
No actual walk through to establish accurate estimate, which could have eliminated an enormous amount of stress. This led to an inaccurate total amount of of weight to be moved and the wrong size truck being sent. The operations manager initially appeared to be a decent person to work with but as time moved on that proved false. The on-site foreman spent more time on the phone than actually working. The agreed upon method for the down payment was by credit card but when the 1st day move was completed, then the payment method was unbelievably changed to CASH or some bank to bank transaction that I never heard of. Keep in mind this all happened at 7:00PM.Thinking a client could magically come up with thousands of dollars at that time in the evening is absurd. Then to be called by a company supervisor and to be berated and accused of “you should have known what the method of payment would be” is so unprofessional. To add insult to injury and finally put the last nail in this moving nightmare upon delivery at our new home this moving team was going to leave without putting any of the furniture they took apart back together and only when we mentioned it to them did they reluctantly comply. The final straw was when the foreman, after obtaining signatures on the transportation invoice, displayed another form requesting a 20% “tip”.
For those thinking of hiring a trustworthy and honest moving company I highly recommend staying away from this one.

I used this company recently from NY to FL. They were on time, very professional and didn't break anything. The price was the same from start to finish didn't change at delivery like you hear about or read about from other companies. Al & Anthony were great to work with. I would recommend you speak with them and setup an appointment for a quote they were very competitive and were willing to match/beat any quote we had in writing from another 5 star company. They stand by their work ethic which was really amazing to witness in action. I would use them again if I ever need to move again.
Fast & Affordable.
BQ Transport was the best company we spoke to, they gave us the best price and the were the most reputable. After getting about 5 other quotes we knew after all of our due diligence and researching that BQ Transport going to be our mover. Anthony and his team were wonderful they didn't try to up sell or push us into spending more money. They really tried to help us as much as possible and even went above and beyond the call and helped us move things to the dumpster and into our cars. I will use them again for sure!
Solid Company.
BQ Transport was a godsend, they came through on the last minute when my other movers (USA Movers Group) didn't show up on my scheduled moving day. They came out and did everything we needed on short notice. I'm so upset we didn't know about this company sooner. I would recommend you call and speak with Anthony, he was great to work with and really came through for us.
