Best Movers Ever !!

This is a great company that manages to make moving much less stressful than my experience with other movers I have used in the past. These movers and this company are truly exceptional!!

From the first phone call (where every representative was friendly and helpful), through my actual move - it was absolutely FLAWLESS. Pretty amazing considering it is M-O-V-I-N-G !! (A stressful experience for most of us).

You get the impression that both the office personnel and the move trams really love their jobs. Bridgetown represents a refreshing reminder of what customer service is all about !!

Moving is a stressful experience under the best of circumstances- and Bridgetown definitely falls under the category of “best of circumstances”.

My lead mover was Elias. He was very friendly and super helpful. He also had a good sense of humor- a real benefit on moving day!! He and his and his co-mover worked fast and efficiently. No time was wasted and they worked quickly but carefully. They also helped me get some things out of my car, and also took the packing boxes out to get rid of (I had unpacked some boxes as they were bringing things in). They could not have been more helpful - and this was accomplished with a smile. Efficient + kind and helpful-thoughtful = movers you DEFINITELY call again !

Bridgetown also has a great moving checklist on their website. Alot of helpful information on the website - but the checklist is very helpful for the things you could easily forget.

The Bridgetown front office employees were also VERY professional and helpful - they “know their stuff” and were able to answer questions with well informed answers and information. I received a confirmation call the day before my move (as I was told I would), and also (as promised) I received a call from my move team 30 minutes before arrival.

Upon arrival they listen to any questions or concerns you may have, and look around at your items to develop the best plan. They start working quickly, but also carefully full wrapped my couch and several items - NO MOVER HAS EVER DONE THIS BEFORE !!

As promised, wardrobe (up to 5) were provided at no additional charge

I also thought their pricing was competitive and fair. They do not begin charges until they arrive at your door.

I would use Bridgetown again in a second - and will recommend them to anyone I know that wants a great moving experience with efficient and reliable movers (and who doesn’t want that !!)

I highly recommend Bridgetown Moving !! Best movers I have ever used and EXCELLENT front office staff available for any questions or concerns.

If anyone can make moving “enjoyable” it is Bridgetown !!
