They are scammers.
Where do I even start!! they don't deliver what they promise. They quoted $693, but when they came to take the stuff they amended the estimate and asked us to pay over $1342. They couldn't load all the stuff and we were confused as we had moved from Nebraska to Virginia 6 months ago and had put all the stuff in a 1800 CF truck which was the same size. It was only when they unloaded that my husband noticed that 1/3 of the truck was full of other people's stuff. We are still in the middle of a dispute over that. The initial quote was for 6 hours but they took only 5 hours I was told that $99 would be refunded, that hasn't still happened either. We had to hire a uhaul the next day to bring the rest of the stuff from our rental to our current home, which was an added expense. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
