  1. TERRIBLE, CARELESS MOVERS!!

    These movers are unbelievable. They will move carelessly, break and damage things and then make excuses of why they won't repair them.

    We had 5 movers come move us. When they were loading the items they did so carefully. We were initially happy while they were loading. We had one stop, which went fine. The issues starting happening when we arrived at the new house.

    I had ordered and it was on my quote to have floor/ carpet protection. When they arrived, I asked about this and one of the movers said they "forgot it". They talked and decided it was a good idea to run into Home Depot to buy some. Mind you, we were being charged hourly. So, we had to pay for them to drive to Home Depot, buy the item, and then the drive back. Ridiculous. Not my issue that this was forgotten.

    Finally, they were back with the carpet protection. They took a tour of the house while I told them which room is which. All boxes were clearly labeled with what room they needed to be in. Also, many of them had "fragile" on them as well.

    They started moving items. They were unbelievably careless. Denting and scratching walls and a baseboard. Dropping items and putting boxes in the wrong rooms.

    They put two desks in different rooms and I told them about it. One of the movers said they would move them to the correct rooms. They never did this. Maybe they forgot.

    When they were trying to move our second freezer in our basement, they scraped the wall and kept going down the stairwell, while the wall was being scratched. CARELESS!!!!

    Then about two hours before they were done, they moved the rest of our items in the garage. I went out and asked them why they are not bringing them in and they said they would. They continued. I went inside and about 5 minutes later, I heard a loud bang. I went out to the garage and they had threw a storage shelf on top of some other items and boxes. I was very upset.

    They then came in, in a hurry and saod they were finished. I went out and looked at the garage and there were so many items out there. Maybe 20-30 boxes and a couple peices of furniture. I asked them if they could move everything inside please. They said they would and went out and moved just 6 boxes inside. They then came in and said they had to leave.

    They went over the paperwork, I paid, and they left. Before they left one of them asked me how much I tipped them? Pretty awkward to blatantly ask that. With a attitude too.

    While we were unpacking, we noticed a lot of wall damage, our dining room table was dented, and one of the boxes that said "fragile" on it was barried under many other boxes and a heavy shelf. The white shelf they threw. That box was crushed. It had my Husband's Playstation in it. Now, the Playstation doesn't work.

    I have been in touch with [NAME EDIT], the owner about these issues. He is very late to respond and it's been weeks without any resolution. I am very frustrated, angry, and saddened that any movers could be so careless with moving. On top of that, the Owner doesn't take any action to correct the issue at hand. I will update the review if anything further happens but for now, I will be making a BBB complaint to see if that helps. The owner needs to take responsibility and correct mistakes that his company makes. Not ignore them.
