THEY lost their license!! They are NOT BBB accredited! DO NOT USE!!
This "business" in NOT accredited by BBB! It lost it's license! It does not honor the customer. They are liars and extremely fraudulent! DO NOT USE!! They either damaged,stole, lost or gave away almost $3000 of my goods. They will NOT respond to my emails asking for a reimbursement insurance that I am allowed as a consumer. They make up stories, DO NOT do inventory, hire people that don't work for them and do not keep dates or return phone calls. 6 months later and I am still going through hell trying to get reimbursed for my personal items that they "lost".

The team at California Bear Moving and Storage are exactly as their title suggests. They helped me and my housemates move 2 apartments into 1 location all before midday (arrived at 7am). They were polite, clever, professional and so FAST! Worth every penny, I highly recommend!
Extra Care.
We just completed a very complex move from two separate locations to our new home. The move was over two days and involved sorting and relocating some items between storage units as well.
The new house is over three levels with multiple rooms. Most importantly, as per the last time we had no breakages and no losses!!
The team was great. Really nice guys where nothing was a problem and nothing was too hard to manage. They had a laugh and a joke with us and the kids and made what could have been a horrendous experience nearly fun..
It’s our second time with these guys and if we were stupid enough to move again, we would go with the same team without question.

I thought the reviews for them here in MYmoving reviews were too good to be true, but they actually are true! The two guys who helped me move my things lived up to their name; they were really careful and meticulous. Plus, no delaying tactics!
However, they were $5/hr more expensive than some movers, but it was nothing because all of my items were safe and undamaged, and that’s all that matters to me. Also, there were no hidden charges.
P.S. Sorry if I forgot the names of the two guys. All I can remember was the other guy was originally from CA. They both deserve commendations.

The estimate was very accurate and professional. The guys were prompt, courteous, well organized and efficient. We hardly knew they were there and before we knew it they were all loaded and ready to go. Good job. We would highly recommend this company.

Everyone was very helpful in my move. Especially helpful and considerate was the manager of the onsite storage facility. He worked with me several times to ensure that I had everything transported correctly.

Such a great move, no problems, no breakage, no marks on walls. Everything was just smooth, and even fun. Team manager and crew were hard-working and so careful. they even offered furniture placement advice, and it was good advice!!

I had a good experience with these guys. A few minor hiccups on the billing side but quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Very fair prices for the work done. The movers themselves were excellent - they showed up on time, worked very hard, very organized, polite, courteous, careful, and really did very high-quality work. Cannot speak more highly of them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was my first move using a moving company to do the job and I couldn't have been happier to have Owner and his company taking care of us. We moved from Redding to LA and we were able to do the whole job (loadout with driving time) in 9 hours, which is just outstanding. We moved about 3 bedrooms worth of items that were prepacked by us. His quote was our price, no surprises and it was much more reasonable than others I received. My parents have moved with other companies before (so they can compare) were very pleasantly surprised with the team's courtesy and the care that was taken with all of our things. We had a narrow stair to the front door, so it wasn't designed for getting things up stairs easily and none of this was an issue, everything we wanted upstairs made it there. I will be honest, I was a little skeptical that everything we had would fit into the truck that the team arrived in, but staff walk through was spot on as you can see. I highly recommend!

This company deserves more than five stars. I am amazing at their job professionally. I am so joyful that I chose California Bear Moving and Storage to move my things. I did not have too much stuff to be moved but of course, I still wanted to hire professionals. On a moving day, two workers arrived at my place right on time and began with the job. They were super nice and friendly. The guys were so careful with my furniture, especially with my new leather sofa. They packed everything and when we arrived at my new place they rearranged all my stuff where I wanted.

These guys do a great job! First, they were super responsive to all of my questions leading up to the move date. They arrived in the promised time frame and executed our move with care while still working very quickly. We filled up the entire truck and they worked very hard to make it all fit. We are about 55% done unpacking and nothing is broken. They took care of the walls and floors when moving large furniture through doorways as well. Just a note, if you would like your tv's specially wrapped you will need to pay for the materials, but that's to be expected, otherwise do it yourself prior to their arrival. I cannot say enough about this company, we were pleasantly surprised and felt the price was fair for the work provided.

My husband got relocated from San Jose, California to Houston, TX. I was worried about moving all of our belongings, but when I spoke to customer service person I was relieved, everyone from the person who answered the phone to the actual movers.
