  1. Worst company in my experience

    I had a worst experience with a canadian business ever. My family moved from Manitoba to Ontario and we used a moving company - Canadian Reliable Van Lines, also known as Transnational Moving Systems, also as Nexus Express Moving, also as Provincial Movers, and so on.

    1. During pick-up from our old location they just abandoned 3 items somewhere in our apartment building:

    Those lost items have been picked up few days later after my multiple requests, but they were never delivered.

    2. I never got a response from my agent (Mathew Moretti) regarding the lost items mentioned above. And when I contacted a senior manager and asked him to talk to Mathew, few minutes later Mathew himself finally called me back and he was extremely rude!

    3. Too careless in regards to confidential information! On delivery to our new address I found all my credit cards details were publicly written on the paper sheets used by drivers/shippers/loaders/agents!

    4. Multiple damaged items; problems with their punctuality and attitude; and many more issues!

    I have filled out a claim on lost items and sent to them on July. After my multiple emails I was told to wait 8 weeks. Today is November and I don't think they would ever respond.

  2. Worst moving company

    I had 1 month to give up my apartment .They cancelled the move twice with no update. In the end they could not do the move because there was no drivers. I wasted all that time waiting .I now owe additional rent .Customer service was rude, they hang up on me several times. I was calling international since in was in Canada by this time and the rates are ridiculous .Not worth the stress and frustration for no result .AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    They took $200 dollar to pick my 2 bedroom stuff on the day they gave me for pick up I Called them if they can come, they told me yes, but they never show up when I calling them kept hanging on me, imagine,

    you planed for a week, spend your time and money ,you are just joked at, by the next day I called them again they told me nothing but they abused me verbally, they didn't care about the legal issue they told me that I can go where ever I want they don't care, in general they are scam watch them, far away from them to save your money and time.

  4. It's a scam

    I paid a deposit of $200. They cancelled at the last minute and refused to refund the deposit. It's a great way for them to make money. Stay away from them.

  5. Poor Customer Service

    I scheduled a move a few weeks ahead of time. I was told that we would have to pay the day of the move. Due to this being a move for a work matter, I asked to pay ahead of time as I would not be working the day of the move. I was told this was no problem. Days before the move I contacted the company to pay. No one would return my phone call. Numerous days I tried calling the company to pay and could not reach the specific person to take payment. Long story short, they called me the day before, right as my office was closing, and cancelled the move that was scheduled the next morning. I was yelled at and was told I was harassing their workers. I ended up working late that night BUT this was a blessing in disguise as I found a very helpful company who turned this nightmare of a situation around. I do not recommend this company.

  6. The worst moving company out there!

    They didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to. They canceled on us and rescheduled for the next month, but only after we called them the day of because they didn’t show up. We’re out thousands and thousand of dollars. Save yourself and avoid this company at all costs.

  7. Unfortunate and sad

    Our overall experience was no good at all. Very rude staff named Matthew yelled at us over the phone after asking him why we have not received our goods after a month despite being promised of a maximum two weeks delivery.

  8. Lost, missing and took weeks

    Although workers were friendly,the office staff were rude. I found it curious my boxes were repacked, we used clear tape and they were tan taped. 3 tv's missing and a large wagon(was half there)but because it was repacked as much as 2 to 3 times by them would not know who or what is really missing or when taken. Our furniture was on the same truck as someone else? How does that make it safe? Hard to communicate with workers who do not speak English or a language understood by you. Also curious that the worker knew what was in one box without any writing on it. Not a recommended moving company but delivery employees were very hard, fast workers. Price changed 2 times delivery promisses 3 times and no show. 2 to 3 weeks late.

  9. There were ups and downs but everything arrived

    Arrived a day early for the pickup when something happened to the originally scheduled truck, but that's far better than not arriving at all. Gave me 2 hours notice and I was ready in 90 minutes.

    When I received the invoice there was over 500 lbs extra from the scales and therefore $700+ on top of original estimate. I had weighed everything in advance to keep it under 1,000 lbs. A reweigh would have been a pain as I was already in Orlando the reweigh would be in Ontario. Then I was informed that there would be no 30 days free storage in Orlando as promised. Things were not looking good.

    I got hold of Matthew who was very reasonable and we negotiated $400+ off the extra weight and I accepted early delivery.

    Everything arrived in decent shape. Drivers at both ends were very pleasant.

  10. Horrible customer service

    Before their arrival my pickup was delayed three times. When they arrived the driver drove up over the curb nearly hitting two parked cars. He then parked the car in the wrong drive way. When told that he needed to come to the back of the house he did not listen. After being told this multiple times he cursed and left without picking anything up.

    When I called the company and told them what had happened they hung up on me.

  11. Cancelled our move on moving day

    Made claims that we had a massive rodent infestation to justify cancelling our move an hour AFTER they were supposed to pick items up. Hint: there's no rodent infestation.

    Constantly lied and misled on the phone, a total shitshow don't give these scam artists your business.

    Bad service, bad communication. Very low level of everything. If you care about your belongings then hire anyone else.

  13. Scam artists

    I booked our move from Ontario to Nova Scotia about a month and a 1/2 ago with Matthew. Matthew, was by far, the most ignorant and unprofessional person that I have ever encountered in my lifetime.

    I called to confirm the pick up of our furniture and other household contents and Matthew didn't know anything even though I had been dealing with him directly since day one. His answer to his stupidity was to simply say fine find somebody else and he canceled my already prepaid service 4 days before my move to Nova Scotia.

    Never ever use these useless pieces of shit.

  14. DISGUSTING AND AWFUL COMPANY

    STAY AWAY - ABSOLUTE TRASH! AWFUL COMPANY, AWFUL PEOPLE!

    We made the extremely unwise decision to book this company despite awful reviews - we though, all they need to do is SHOW UP. After 3-4 confirmations, and a deposit of $200, all look good...until NO ONE SHOWED ON MOVING DAY!! Not to mention that even after 1 hour that they were supposed to arrive, NO ONE even called us to tell us that services were cancelled. I had to call a dozen times, after which they started to hang up, not answer, and get super disrespectful and aggressive. I am 9 months pregnant and they left my husband and I completely stranded on moving day. Told me that I was "pregnant and emotional", "it's not a big deal", and "things happen". WHAT A JOKE! These guys are CROOKS!

    As you can imagine, I demanded by deposit back, which they said they would do day of. No deposit came in of course. Then I was told it would take 1-2 days. Still nothing. Finally I was told that the bank was probably holding it (HA!). Called the bank and had to open a dispute.

    Completely and utterly unbelievable! These people have NO SHAME, and all for $200??!!

    STAY AWAYYY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  15. Do NOT get caught booking these people

    I booked a long distance move 2 months in advance as July 1 is very busy, gave a deposit that I have yet to be reimbursed for !!!! they cancelled on me 16 hours prior to the move saying that he had 10 trucks in the “service station” and this is a busy time…hence the reason why I booked early!?!? When I asked …you have 10 trucks broken down?? His reply was../I didn’t say they broke down, I said they were in the service station…what does that mean??!! Oh and no apologies at all, he was very matter of fact!! With our house closing and moving 600 km away on July 1, I can’t express how this company has completely shambled our lives, not to mention the added cost of storage, having to move twice and hotel fees …STAY AWAY FROM THESE SO CALLED RELIABLE MOVERS, THEY ARE NOT HUMAN !!!!
