Great experience with Capital City Moving . Moving is always a stressful experience, but I'm glad these guys took care of us. The movers arrived on time and were very efficient with the move. They were careful with our belongings and attentive to our needs. Would certainly use their services again.

They were fast, careful with our things and got us into our new home safely and quickly. They rebuilt our beds and cribs and were easy to work with. I've now used them 3 times, and I will use them again.
Worst company I’ve ever worked with
I have never written a review, but this experience was truly the worst I’ve ever had. This company is a complete scam, once I hired them it was impossible to get ahold of them. They mis quoted me and threatened to keep my deposit. I wrote them a letter outlining my experience and asking for my original quote and for someone from management to listen in on the CS calls so they could understand how awful the customer service agents were to me, no one got back to me. They were incredibly rude, and hung up on me many times. Please, do not use this company!
Would stay away
PSA - I would stay away from this moving company. Deceptive agent and very poor communication/implementation by their contracted movers. My car moving rate increased 20% day of moving (held hostage as was too late to change), and the house rate increased ~30% due to misrepresentation/lack of transparency. The sales agent basically lied to make a sale. They use moving vendors that are highly unprofessional, communicate very poorly, are not transparent inflated costs at the time of moving, don't answer calls, won't honor the contract about unloading at arrival destination. Reached out several times with no resolution. Very poor experience.
Outstanding!
Best service and best rates! We moved today and have to move again next month and will definitely be using them again. They disassembled and wrapped all our furniture and were super-efficient. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Thanks for making our move not suck!!! :)
Amazing!
They were punctual and friendly and took care of my furniture and stuff as it was theirs. They wrapped the table to prevent any damage from moving and transportation. The job was done quickly and very easily. The price was very competitive. I'm pleased, and I recommend these guys. They are the best. Thank you for all your help!

Bait and switch
Company quoted $3100 to move one bedroom from California to Texas then showed up at the truck and wanted $11,500 claiming there was a lot more stuff that had not been listed which was ludicrous.

A must-hire moving company! Easy to work with, friendly, and punctual. Complete the move on time. Reasonably priced with no hidden fees or taxes. Nothing negative to say about them.
Superb!
I couldn’t be more satisfied than having Capital City Moving to help me out on the stressful day. They were skilled of packing and loading our things, boxed up in the good quality boxes. Total invoice was much less that what I expected after all the quality services.
Not a moving company but a broker.. Stay away!
Very poor service. They pretended that they're a moving company with their own trucks while they are a broker who pairs you with random moving companies many with terrible service. They later claimed they work with A rated companies only to deal with Quick Move LLC, a company with 1 star who break, steal and misplace valuable belongings. Stay away from Capital City or know what you're getting yourself into.

The Capital City Moving were professional. The movers were organized right from the start to the end. The process of booking was easy and smooth. The movers were very understanding when we experienced hustle on moving day. Highly recommend these guys if you are shifting the house. Thanks, Capital City Moving team!!
Best Ever Mover!
Capital city moving did a great job. I had two moves - one out of storage and one from home to home. Both crews did a fantastic job. They were early, worked quickly, and took care of everything with our moves. They were careful, efficient, and very professional. I would recommend them without question.

Fantastic service. They were helpful, professional and the crew was extremely friendly. They packed everything quickly and with care. In addition, they unloaded everything and put it in the correct room. They even put some items in the closet.

The questions they had about my stuff were very appropriate. Thus they came with everything needed to make a move easy and seamless. The three gentlemen they sent were very polite, professional and did a great job. They were quick and very thorough. They were accommodating and assembled a table for me that they had not moved. I would highly recommend Capital City Moving to anyone that needs help moving.
