1. TERRIBLE! RUN! Taking Legal Action

   The experience here has been horrific. We were asked to choose a 2 day window, which we did. The Friday morning before the Sat/Sun window, they called and said they were now coming Monday. Then, Friday late afternoon, they called saying they would be there at 8am Saturday. We had 3 guys show up and cart all of our items into the road, and the actual moving truck did not come until 12pm. It was a rented Ryder truck... not Certified's Truck. We were told they had their own vehicles and were not brokers. Once everything was loaded on the truck, they held us hostage for $1,000 over quoted price even though we were UNDER cubic footage from what we asked for. We busted out tape measures and did the math with them and they refused to acknowledge we were under space and threatened to take everything off the truck and leave it in the road. We were told we had to beat the drivers to our location (CA to KY) or all of our items would be thrown in storage and it would be a nightmare to get out. They told us 3 days. I called on Tuesday morning, expecting to hear an ETA only to be told our drivers had been fired for smoking marijuana in the truck and the truck had not left CA. No one called us to tell us this. They picked items up Saturday and Tuesday, it took me HOURS of calling MULTIPLE people to find out our things were in CA. I was told I would get an update by end of day, and did not. I was then told our truck was leaving Wednesday, it did not, and no one called to update us. When we called again Thursday, we were told Thursday night departure. Finally, the truck left. Our items arrived at 1am Monday morning, but in complete disarray. The driver that arrived was great, but was also alone and no helper would respond to his call. My dresser was completely shattered, I had to climb onto the truck and throw my clothing in trash bags because it was in so many pieces. Our speakers were damaged, sentimental cups and plates were shattered because our fragile (marked in caps and red) were placed at the bottom of all the boxes. Boxes came busted open from they way they were stacked. We paid for full insurance coverage and called for how to put in a claim. We were given an email address to send it to, only to have a bounce back telling us that email address does not exist at all. Tired of being jerked around by these people. I have video of the cubic footage being under and the damages and will be taking legal action. RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

2. Certified Movers Inc

   I had an agreement with Certified Movers Inc. of Doraville, Georgia to collect my HHG for a cross country move. Imagine the stress when they did not show up. Make sure you know who you are dealing with. A "no show" moving company is no fun to deal with. Certified Movers is NOT a reputable company. They did not show up and refused to refund my deposit. Left me scrambling.

3. Great Reliable Service!

   I moved from Florida to New Jersey. Certified Movers stayed in constant contact and arrived on time both coming & going. They were courteous & even helped me pack my last boxes, as I was running late! I would recommend! Thank you

   We moved from Georgia and it went fairly smooth they even helped my mother repack a few items at no cost professionally because of sentimental value she was really happy so I’m happy

5. Certified movers Inc was great

   Had to relocate my items from a storage that they were in for over a year. The movers worked hard in the hot sun pulling everything out and wrapping the furniture nicely with clean moving blankets and shrink wrap before carefully placing all my items in the truck for transport. A week and 1500 miles later delivery came and the men unloaded and reassembled all my furniture in my new home and everything was in tip top shape. Thanks to Kevin for his professionalism throughout the process

6. Saved us on last minute

   I had to move quickly for a new job from Atlanta to Boston and I don't know how we would've done it without Nardo's team. Very professional and efficient. Even helped us pack the whole kitchen when they didn't had to. Company even stored our items for free for almost 6 weeks unit we found new home. And thanks to Jackie it was delivered to us fast. In next few months I'm planning to move my mother closer to us and I will only call Certified Movers Inc for that delicate job.

7. THIEVES-I HAVE VIDEOs, PICs, TEXTs & Emails-110% SHAM

   3 weeks now still waiting on my life's possessions as I was told "mistakes" happen when only HALF my things arrived in a (U-Haul NOT a professional moving Co. truck) from FL to MO. They shoved my belongings in w/other people's, held my things for ransom because they said my quoted $2,900 was not enough and I had an additional 445 cubic feet-but never allowed me to see my things on the truck to verify the cubic feet. They actually took off while I ran to the airport to get my dad and when I got back to the apartment there was trash everywhere, boxes still there, wall art still there...I had to call the truck back and then they still left things behind that I did not notice until it was too late-I had to fly back to FL to get those boxes because they contained my kids school records, birth records...all the things I needed to register him at his new school and I do not know anybody in FL to go into the apartment and get my things to ship back so I coughed up a cheap flight w/Allegiant and spent another few hundred on shipping. When the truck arrived it was a U-Haul. It was blatantly obvious ALL my boxes had been opened & rummaged through. I know for a fact some jewelry I packed and hid in a box within a box was stolen. Tomorrow (Xmas Eve) another truck is coming at 8 am where I am prepared to find these belonging also pilfered and ransacked and stolen from. $5,000 for what I was quoted $2,900, 3 weeks, things stolen, damaged and I'm still waiting...my salesperson [NAME EDIT] is a liar. [NAME EDIT] in dispatch is rude. The packers reeked of weed & embarrassed me in my high-end downtown apartment where they were loud, cursing & carrying on like kids (they were kids and their Dad was the main guy) One of the owners is [NAME EDIT]/[NAME EDIT], w/a prison record for cocaine trafficking AND they have several EINs, DBAs, closed and reopened businesses-all moving companies...MOST all of their Google reviews are all off the same street-Five Ridge Road in Georgia (fake reviews). They left items in my apartment & took off while I left to get my dad from the airport...I had to spend hundreds of dollars to ship myself those items...TOTAL waste they are liars and thieves-save yourself the stress, $ and do NOT expect ALL your things to come back to you IF you're dumb enough to hire them. They have several business names...here are just a few I discovered: Moving From & Relocation Inc, Certified Movers Inc, Progressive Relocation Systems, Trans United Van Lines, Delva Development LLC, Crown Van Lines, Honest Moving, Inc. Pick Up Movers, LLC, Certified Mover SYSTEMS, Inc. ...another affiliated owner/partner owns these sham shops: United Car Transport, Inc, Monster Glock, Inc. (so Cocain trafficing and firearm sales-fantastic, right?) [NAME EDIT] was affiliated w/another company that was on the news for scamming people down in South Florida a few years ago...then he starts another company w/a different name...Google ALL this...I'm not kidding ALL these people are in on it. They quote you low, get your deposit, justify holding your things ransom until you wire them $ within 24 hours (it was like the movies except it was my possessions and not my child), then they put your things in an undisclosed warehouse where they can be in private while they open your boxes and take what they want, then they deliver a portion of your things and make you wait weeks for the rest because...as [NAME EDIT] in dispatch said "mistakes happen".....this is one for the FBI, the DOT, FMSCA, Attorney Generals, the media to SHUT THEM ALL DOWN and LOCK THEM UP!!!!!

8. Certified Movers delivered great service

   We used them for an Office Relocation and they were on time, organized and very detail oriented which needed for out transition so that we were able to minimalize down time. It worked out well they were logistics were spot on and the communication was excellent. Thank you Cal and Kevin for your assistance.

9. Certified Movers Inc was excellent.

   Had to move my folks up to live with us as they have gotten to the age that they need help. Called these guys spoke with Anthony after I received an email from him. He was very informative and I felt at ease putting my parents move in his hands and I am glad I did because it went as planned and that was key to keeping the stress down because they had alot of anxiety as did I about the move but it all melted away as the crew delivered on time with everything intact.The team worked as exactly that a well coached professional team of great guys thanks Jose, Keith, Jack and and John aka Fish for the great job.

10. Fradulent Operation - Do not Consider.

    Authorization to be in possession of my belongings. There were at least 5 separate LLC's involved in this transaction and the entire scheme is fraudulent. They do not meet any of their commitments and you can expect to be missing a significant amount of your furniture, whatever return be severely damaged, anything glass is broken and they will DOUBLE the price once they get it on a Ryder truck from some random subcontractor they found to send to your house at 8pm on the very last day so you cannot back out. I have filed claims with the FMCSA, Attorney General in 2 States, CFPB for check and money order fraud, 2 police reports and will be contacting a number of other services to ensure they cannot keep taking advantage of people. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
