Start to Finish.
I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience. The movers were on time, handled my furniture with care and wrapped it to completely to protect it. When I picked up my furniture after several months of storing it, furniture was undamaged. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. All around great experience from top to bottom.
Broken Furniture.
When my furniture arrived it was in pieces. I had the most protection I could buy. $6,000 worth of damage, they paid $735. Protection cost $850.They even bent a steel hand truck into a pretzel. Salesman said if anything was damaged it would be fixed like new or replaced. That never happened.
