Never Delivered
Choice Moving set up my move with Marketing Transport Solutions out of New Jersey. My shipment was picked up 8/18/21. I still have not received delivery. I have called Choice moving multiple times, always going to hold music and disconnecting right about 9 minutes. I have called Marketing Transport Solutions and The driver directly, neither person answers anymore. I have left countless voicemails for the broker and carrier. Reviews have started to surface in the last week from multiple people having the same issue.
JUST the Broker - Beware!
Choice Moving gets 0/5 stars from me, however We Care 4 You, the actually movers gets 5/5. Choice was simply the broker for my move and failed to ever return any of my phone calls & emails after getting a deposit from me. If I knew they were just the broker, I would've gone directly to the moving company. BEWARE. They'll get their money and ghost you, leaving you to pay extra $. Will never work with them again.
No No No
Choice Moving contracted my move with a company called Movers95. I have written a separate review for Movers95 - terrible, awful.
Be careful when working with them - they offered me a discount if I signed with them that same day, and way underquoted me. They quoted me $2,500 but the move itself (not including damages items that had to be replaced) cost over $6,000. Choice Moving was relatively responsive when I reached out to them, but they hold no accountability for the awful, awful company they contracted with.
My advice? You're going to pay a lot for your move - don't let them make you think otherwise. So just commit to paying a little more more and use reputable movers who are professionals and will treat you - and your belongings - with respect.

The two men that delivered my items were two of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the experience of meeting. They were incredible rude, slow, and showed little care for my items. They assembled my bed and stripped many of the screws – will have to get that replaced. Honestly, I did NOT feel comfortable being in my home alone with them, so I approached one of my new neighbors and just asked them to keep an eye on my unit. I am a strong independent woman, but these men did not make me feel safe. They yelled at each other throughout delivery, listened to a sports broadcast incredibly loudly throughout the duration, and rudely demanded Gatorade. When I paid for a professional moving company, I did NOT expect two unkempt, unprofessional movers.
Very Professional!
The two movers were professional, on time, and efficient with the move. Furniture and TV were packed securely, and they even disassembled and assembled the couch and bed frame.
Use them Again!
It was one of the most efficient, speedy, kind, and helpful moving experiences. They were showing up on time with all their professional tools for breaking my furniture and other stuff. They truly went above and beyond. I highly appreciate their service.
No driver issue
Booked a month in advance . Thier Window of booked dates (3 ) days nonexistent even after I we discussed that a last day possible window after the booking window they provided . Day 2 outside window Still without any updates. So far all I get is Can’t find drivers because you move is too small .. Took my deposit with no problem though .

They were such professionals in their job and had great and honest helpers. They really did an excellent job for me, which I will never forget. Much thanks to these men! I will never get scared to use them again when I move in the future.

Fake company
Before you hire them, go to https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/ and enter their DOT number. Department of Transportation does not recognize their DOT number. They are a complete fake company. They will make you put deposit and they never show up for your move. They keep making excuses or not answering your calls. They are complete fake... do not hire them. We paid $1,775 as a deposit for a move from Oklahoma to Virginia and we have long way to get back our money! Do not hire them!
Great Experience!
I booked this quickly online and was notified the next day about who was making the collection for me. My item was picked up and delivered to me by Adolph at 09.20 am on bank holiday Monday, what a fantastic company to work with. Great service. Recommend using them with my friends and family.
Choicemoving failed to provide driver or movers and kept our money
Move was scheduled 4 weeks in advance. 3400 down payment was made towards a 7200 move. The driver did not show. I was given the run around about the delay. We were forced to find another company and we are still fighting to get our deposit returned. It has been a nightmare. Majority of their reviews are phony. Very frustrating experience
Smooth Move
They were very professional; one guy basically helped us move and pack. The other guy arranged everything in the truck strategically so everything would fit nicely. R was easy to work with, and I'd definitely call them again if I ever have to move.

Choice Moving did a good job, and I think they were very reasonably priced. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful, professional, and friendly. And the mover was cool and efficient. The move took four days, and everything was accounted for. I was very happy and impressed with everything. I will happily use these guys again in the future.
Highly Recommended
This was indeed the best investment I've ever done on a local service. These guys were on top of their schedule. They called 10 minutes earlier they were due to show up. They were super professional and did a fabulous job. Worked hard to move quickly, very intense. Packed and unpacked for me. Took about 5 hours for a 2 bedroom (couch, bed, mattress, etc...). I will work with Choice Moving in the future. Thank you, Thomas and Charles. I really appreciate your hustle.

On the day of my move, the crew was showed up on time and didn't waste a single minute. They handled/wrapped all of our belongings with care and were polite and efficient. I was very impressed!!! Nothing was broken and very professional!!! I will use it again!!!
