Worst Move of my Career.
In the past 15 years I have lived in 5 states all over the country and have used a moving company each time. This was by far the worst experience of them all.
Their claims adjuster spent more time arguing with me over the price of irreplaceable collectables than the movers did packing them properly so they wouldn't break in the first place. I ended up with less than one-third the value of my damaged items and no way to dispute it outside of court..
Terrible.
This has been positively the worst relocation ever. This company help my stuff in the destination city for 16 days. It took 11 days for the stuff to make it to the destination city (standard). I called the company many times and was promised a call back but 3 times I was blown off and didn't receive a call back from Heather until I threatened legal action. Today is the day of delivery and I was told delivery would be between 08:00 and 10:00. They are out of schedule (late) by 15 minutes so far.. The worse thing is that the representative Alex informed me that the storage site was less than a mile from my home. I also only have one pallet of things that were moved.
