Great Care Was Them!
I have been using this company for a few years now, and every move that I have coordinated with them has been a pleasant experience. They are all about customer service. Their timely manner of communication and flexibility to make changes are excellent. I never worry about timeliness the day of the move or care of my items. They go above and beyond and go as far as checking your preference of using previous staff if the experience was good. I will continue to use them.
Move from La to NY
Anthony lied to me from the get go. I gave them a deposit then i seen all these bad reviews about their company and even called him back thinking about a refund within the alotted time frame but Anthony assured me they hire 4 or 5 really good moving companies to move me. This was my response from a direct question, Are you a broker?. Then i was worried about a week into it I had alot of boxes and I told Anthony that i was gonna have alot but called him when i knew about how many more.He redid my so called contract which,I know now is not a contract its just an estimate. They can sugar coat it anyway they want but I am an exprerienced mover and had told them everything I had and no way should the movers show up and charge me 6000 more to move my stuff which i had no choice but to pay it. Anthony gave me what they call an estimate and i told him everythin I had so 6,000 with all the experience he had with the company is a lot far off. so dont tell me oh nothing to worry about they wont show up and charge that much more if they did. Its not like it would be thousands of dollars or anything. usa logistics did a good job packing and unloading its just the lies in the middle. Also i had no communication about where my stuff was for at least a week. That was sad. Anyway they are indeed a broker so just me the truth about my price,Anthony,remember, I told you at least 2 times how I hate surprises.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - PLEASE READ
When I booked with Chris, I informed him that I needed my items delivered within the next month before I left for my wedding in Mexico before I booked. I was moving across the US before my wedding, and couldn't take everything I needed with me on my flight. Chris ASSURED me that everything would get to me within plenty of time before I left. I was considering using PODS, but Chris said they deliver items within 7-10 business days. He never told me that they brokered me out, so he had no idea how long it would actually take. Flash forward to the time frame Chris said it would be delivered in, and not word from them. I called and emailed so many times with no response. I finally got my dad in on it and after being on hold and having to recall for 2 hours, he got ahold of someone. They informed him that they had no idea where my things were, and that they had no control over when it would be delivered (then why tell me in the beginning you did???). I reminded them of my situation and that I needed my things before I left for 2 weeks FOR MY WEDDING. They never got back to me after a week. 5 days before I left, my dad finally got them to admit that my things wouldn't get there in time, and they still had no idea where they were. They were just not going to tell me!!! So I had to repurchase all new clothes, shoes, makeup, hair supplies, etc. for my wedding 5 days before I left! I have never been more stressed in my life and they didn't help one bit. Luckily they finally got me in touch with the actual moving company who had my things (Van Lines Express Brand LLC) and they were very helpful. The rep Becca told me they should have given me their number from the very start, and was amazed at how awful the situation was. Please please please save yourself the struggle and stress and DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I would give them -100 stars if I could.

I have employed the services of Complete Vanlines two times in the past. I have researched many movers, and they have the best service and lowest prices in the TX area. The movers were themselves very friendly and very hard working. They move stuff very quickly so that it costs less for you. The packaging, disassembly and reassembly are all free, unlike some other movers. They are now go-to movers, and I would totally suggest others to give them a try
On time!
Complete Vanlines moved us earlier this month. It was the third time we've hired movers and the 2nd time making an entire service type move (packing and moving). This was hands down the best move we've ever had. The movers showed up on time, they packed everything efficiently and with care, and we were completely moved into our new place 7 hours later. Thank you! We couldn't have asked for more.
Awesome Mover!
They worked with efficiency and grace. I was delighted when I found myself chilling on the hood of my car at one point, watching these two guys haul all my heavy furniture out of my old place and always with a smile on their faces. Armstrong was so enthusiastic he could even be seen running back and forth from apartment to truck whenever possible. Will always hire them for my moves!

My movers were prompt and gave me a 30-minute courtesy call before their arrival. They moved everything without complaint. They even helped me carry a couple things that I wanted to be taken to the dumpsters. I'm nearly unpacked, and everything looks pristine. Oh, and they were FAST. Moving is very stressful, so I'd recommend this company to everyone looking for an easy moving experience.
Amazing Mover!
Elam was able to accommodate our needs for a weekend move and provided a reasonable quote. His team was very polite and surprisingly quick. Items were put back in place as neatly as they were moved out. We definitely intend to use them for future jobs since additional areas require tiling and carpeting.

The best moving experience ever. Jack and his team were right on time, very professional and super-fast. My move was made in four hours, and there was no damage to any of my furniture and no broken glassware!! They were friendly, helpful and made the stress I had from moving fly out the window. Thanks! Most definitely recommend it to all my friends!
Great Mover!
Greg was beneficial in arranging the challenging logistics for the move. He even came the day before to move stuff into storage to make it all work out. The movers were prompt to arrive, were very quick and wrapped everything in plastic so it wouldn't be damaged in the move. Made moving day so much easier and more convenient, and the price was reasonable too. Will hire them again, but hopefully won't need them for a while.

The booking went easy, didn't take much time. The rate was excellent, and with no hidden fees, it was the easiest way to go. They showed up precisely at 9 am, as scheduled, and ready to go. They hit the ground running and quickly took care of business. Both movers were very respectful and friendly. They treated every piece of furniture as if it cost ten thousand dollars. These guys took all of the stress out of moving. Everything arrived at my new place without any damage. If you are planning a move and needless anxiety, I would definitely give these guys a call.
