Horrible Moving Experience.
This company is horrible. Do not use them! They talk a good game but deliver horrible service. I used this Company out of their Arlington, VA office. First, the original crew they had assigned to the job never showed up, and after waiting 3 1/2 hours another crew arrived. I had to continue to call the company several times on the morning of my move before I received some service. The crew was slow, looked unporofessional, and constatntly harrassed me about their payment. In addition, they under quote you in an effort to double the price that was originally stated. When I called back the following day to tell them how dissastified I was with their service. No one even responded to my phone call or email. Goodbye Felicia.

I have a question for them:
If you had problem with the quote why did not you said that clearly?? I would have hired some one else by paying them more to get better services.
What the hell was that? They came here without knowing that we booked carpet cleaning too. They were not even aware of that. What were you thinking that we will not be there and you will make us fool ?? Is this your management? is this your services?? if yes shame on you guys.
I called them to ask that why are they not doing carpet cleaning? Here is their answer: Sir already you are paying very less and this is not our usual rate. BRAVO to him seriously!! Did I asked you guys to give me this quote and provide me worst services instead ?? That crew girl came and did nothing but just washed our carpet with I guess only water , the stains are still there. I have never seen such kind of carpet cleaning ever in my life? Shame on you for providing such services and for bluffing innocent customers.
When I called in your office that person said that because we paid less that is why they are not cleaning properly!! what the hell is this?? did you told me that earlier ?? did you notified me about this that you will provide such worst services on this price?? trust me if you would have told me this earlier I would have hired someone else for more money to get better services.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND COMPTON BROTHERS TO ANYONE.
SUGGESTION: Do not close your deal at any price to provide such services. people are ready to pay more to get better services. Please do not cheat/ bluff customers. This is clearly a fraud.
They will lie to you to sell the job!
Do not do business with this company! They are great at getting you a quote, selling the job and scheduling the move, but when it comes to receiving credit , as promised, at the end of the move is non existent! They quote you on the "high side" with the "surprise" at the end of the move with them charging less for not using all of the time to perform the move. Don't buy it, they don't live up to their promise and when questioned about your credit, you get ignore you. Don't waste your money with this company!
