Horrible Customer Service.
Customer service was great in the beginning and the two men who showed up were great. They were quick, personable and did everything you told them. No damage to anything and they stayed as long as you needed them. I paid the deposit and then paid the guys in cash which was my mistake. There have been over 35 emails back and forth with Mark just to obtain a receipt which I have still yet to receive. He keeps saying he will do it but never does.

I totally agree with the reviews posted ahead of mine, Mark is simply a sick man, mentally ill, and loves to torture people during the day they need help in their lives, moving day, I deposited the $100, and on the day of the move, no one ever showed up, I called him 12 times he answered 6 calls, just to torture me by telling wait they are coming, and waste my day, never got my money back whatever I did, I reported him to IC3 but he is still running his, I wonder why does the IC3 not capture him and put him in jail! I think the best way to punish him is that to sentence him to jail for 10 years, and during these years every hour someone will call him and tell him "Just wait Mark, you will leaving the jail soon" just like what he did to his victims. Thank you.
This is a scam, please be aware!!
I found their ad on craiglist, mark answered the phone and requested a $100 deposit, the day of the move no one showed up, kept telling me wait they are coming, Mark is a very mentally ill person and a scammer who enjoys torturing people by wasting their time and money, I reported him to Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) but he is still running his business, I hope that he will get caught one day by FBI, he never returned my $100 deposit and never showed up. Huge scam!!

Tried to cancel the move with this company, poor communication and since they require you to make a deposit online they did not refund my deposit and would not answer their phones, messages were left unanswered. Beware of this company. Tried calling Mark, I guess the main guy there but once he knows it's me he would hang up. First he says he will return the deposit but it has been three weeks and no communication and would not answer the phone.
