Borderline Harassments.
This is just going to be a quick review. F** this company and whoever this Rob guy is. He was rude and verbally harassing my wife on the phone, and when she hung up on him because he was being vulgar and obtuse, he continued by harassing her in an email, that HE initiated. Business like this should tolerated. Do NOT do business with this company. Side note they hide their address so you cannot submit a Google review. Don't use them, EVER!
Do not hire.

Rob- Senior Moving Specialist swore and yelled on a cold call.
This place sucks.
Wow.. This is a garbage company, overall they are rude, unhelpful, and Rob is a miserable person to deal with. Rob Pierce, not only lied to me and mislead the services they offered but as a
Senior Account Executive he should be fired for the way he treats customers.
I spent over 3000$ to move across the country and I have no clue where my stuff is or when it will arrive. They did not show up on time to pick up my stuff which almost caused me to miss my flight.
If you want a company to screw you over and leave you in the dark. Choose this company. If you want to waste your money and feel angry and worried. Choose this company.
If you want someone who isn't complete trash, literally choose anyone else.
Good luck to all the people trying to move, be careful and avoid this company.

On December 12th I had my stuff picked up from Seattle Washington. I was told my stuff would arrive at my new place in North York Ontario during the first week of January.
The movers arrived for the pick up at about 9:00 am and had everything loaded by 2:00 pm. They were very polite and efficient. They gave me a list of everything they loaded and cleaned up after they finished.
On January 4th they called and said the delivery would be the next day at approximately 1:00 pm. At 1:30 they arrived and unloaded all my stuff. They were quick and had everything unloaded before 4:00 pm. They put everything where I wanted with no fuss.
Throughout this move I dealt Rob Pierce. He was polite and very professional. He handled customs and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend this company.

BTW, you are not a customer but rather some NUT who requested a FREE quote and then seems to think you know all about the moving business.
I do not know why you would expect a manager would want to speak to you; they are busy with real customers.
BTW, are you really representing Access Pipeline? And are they aware of how you spend your time on the job?

I did try to call to speak with someone directly at the general number listed on your website 416-900-9239 to speak with a manager and was not passed on. When I asked who I was speaking with, lone behold it was Rob who claimed he was the manager. He was extremely rude on the phone and he ended the conversation with "You are a [EDIT]" after my repeated attempts to speak with his manager. I am incredible disheartened by this type of customer service.

I am a moving consultant and you do not have the info to put everything on a 2500 lb basis; there are a number of factors and prices change depending on weights. There are also a variety of services included in the various quotes and some companies have NOT disclosed their HIDDEN CHARGES.
