    I had the worst experience with this company!! The lost my late fathers entire bedroom set!! The entire set! Come on!! How does that happen?! So many broken items, missing so many of my things. They did not put anything together. They promised me so much & delivered nothing to their word. I ended up paying almost 20.000.00 for the move. My furniture & all was delivered 2 months later & when it was delivered, they just showed up. I was out of state waiting for a date so I could come back for them. Now I can’t reach them. The number I call has a voicemail & I never get a returned call. They are the most heartless people ever.

    My 100 year old china from Paris is crushed! I can never replace the pieces that were broken. It is sickening! My curio cabinets have all broken glass, living room lamps were shattered. We received other customers items. So I know someone has my dad’s bedroom set. This business should be shut down. They aren’t even a business! They are dishonest thieves!!

  2. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM LIARS and CHEATS

    Read the other reviews - basically my same experience - got a low ball quote from MICHAEL REDDAN who promises full service then, once you are in the system with no recourse, he will not return calls - they contracted a local company to show up and load my contents, then I was told it would be more $$ - I ended up paying ~$1200 over initial quote from MICHAEL REDDAN. He promises full service - but certainly does not deliver and then he won't return calls once you are in the system with no way out....I was promised full tear down and set up services (specifcally beds and baby grand piano)...they were 3 weeks late delivering and basically put the items in my home and left - Now I have to pay for someone to come set up my piano - and I have to set up the rest that I paid them to do. Now finding numerous broken items beyond repair and a missing table (Still unpacking, so not sure total extent of damange or missing item(s).)

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY AND DOT SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN....

  3. Scammers and terrible humans!

    4 men showed up at my brand new home on the evening of Oct. 18th after I received only 1 day notice of arrival. I spent the entire morning and early afternoon scrambling to borrow cash from friends because they only took cash with a Sun delivery - no banks were open. They came in trucks. After confirmation of payment via Zelle and Venmo of nearly $3000 (I had already coughed up over $6000 to Dimbas, LLC and Pinnacle Van Lines prior to delivery), they opened the truck doors and started pushing furniture off the truck. I asked the designated foreman to please use the ramp and dolly. The leader's brother said they don't need the ramp and didn't have a dolly. I offered my own dolly and he told me another time that he and his guys were not going to use the dolly because they were in a hurry. They continued to carelessly toss my furniture, boxes, and bins off the truck, breaking and damaging items. They were in a rush because, as the foreman explained to me, they had driven straight through from Los Angeles, CA to my home in Texas without sleep (this is 1400 miles) and wanted to offload and get on the road to NJ that night. They dumped all of my things in the garage and the living area only for a 4 bedroom house. The foreman's brother wouldn't allow the other guys to move the items in the correct rooms or set up the furniture. I asked several times for things to be moved and he said no and would yell at the other workers when they tried to help do the right thing. He told me that it wasn't in the contract that they had to set up the furniture and he forgot his tools. I told him that it was in the contract and why mention you forgot your tools unless you knew you were supposed to set up furniture. He said "lady I'm tired and your stuff is heavy, you can do it yourself". He refused to allow the other workers to unwrap the furniture that was wrapped, the mirrors that were wrapped, and wouldn't take the blankets or tape off of anything. They left the blankets on the items which I still have. They wouldn't hook up the washer and dryer. They smoked cigarettes in my garage even after I asked them to stop more than once. I picked up 18 cigarette butts the next morning in the garage and driveway. When they finished dumping everything the bully stood over me (I'm only 5'2") and told me that I “better sign the papers so they could leave or else”. I told him that I wasn't signing until things were done properly and he then threatened me again that I better sign or he was going to start breaking things. I told him I would call the police and he got in my face and told me that the police weren't going to do anything because it wasn't in the contract, even though it was. He wouldn't allow me time to count the items delivered so that I could ensure what was and was not there. He continued to harass me to the point where I was afraid if I didn't sign he would do some more damage. I finally put some quick notes on the form and signed to get them to leave my home. It was a complete nightmare. I cried the entire night. I paid an enormous amount of money to move a 2 bedroom house because I am disabled and yet the movers refused to do their jobs and conduct business professionally. There was no concern for my things. I had to pay some construction workers in the subdivision $200 in cash the next day to come and unwrap the furniture, move all of the boxes and furniture into the correct rooms, hook up the washer/dryer, haul off the trash, fold up the blankets, and assemble my beds. Not only did the initial movers charge me an additional $2000+ for what they called "extra cubic feet" even though they couldn't explain to me how they came to that conclusion, but the move and the moving delivery was a complete nightmare. I only wish I had looked over the hundreds of negative Yelp reviews about Dimbas before using their services, but I had no idea who Pinnacle was dispatching out to have done more research before committing. My dining table legs are missing, rendering the entire dining set worthless. My bed frame is missing which ruins the entire new Ashley Bedroom set. I'm shocked that Dimbas doesn't even apologize or act like they care. Their insurance carrier never followed up. I have a multitude of damage to walls and floors in a house that is brand new.

  4. WORST MOVERS EVER

    Got a quote for 5099 with packing. Once they were done packing they said my price was now over 8,000. You have no recourse because no one every answers the phone. When my stuff was finally delivered it smelled like grease. My bedroom set was damaged, Lamps were damaged and glassware. When I brought it to the attention of the moving men they argued with me and said it was probably like that before it was packed. My matressed was ripped and had grease stains on it. I now have to get a new one. Usually when you pack a wardrobe it comes with a bar for your clothes. Not this mover they just take you hanges with clothes and stuff it in a box. PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY THIS MOVER IS NO GOOD! Go with a real professional moving company. Check on the BBB website for options...wish I did.
