  1. Irresponsible and False Promises.

First of all, let it be noted that I did hire this company under contract. They initially communicate frequently -until they acquire your business; after that good luck reaching anyone. They assured me there was a truck leaving MO to WA on memorial weekend; they would deliver within a 9 day period (Lie 1). They assured me my belongings would be loaded once and offloaded once (Lie 2). This I knew as I was only able to communicate with the truck drivers who were actually just a team of guys picking up my items. Not the guys to drive the items to the destination. FYI they hire other trucking companies to deliver (Lie 3), so count on your stuff being uploaded and loaded at min 6 times. They picked up my items on a Penski rental ( red flag ); right off loaded count increased by 2. Never did they inform me they would be stored in a warehouse for 32 days prior to delivery (Lie 4). This company turned out to be a nightmare; I never thought I would see my items again. After many sleepless nights I receive a call from Mayflower informing me they were delivering (35 days later) - a few items were broken. Instead of filing a complaint; I decided to forego taking that route to avoid further headaches. In addition, Dynamic movers called me and informed me that I needed to have a check for $6,500 upon delivery. I only owed them $970; I suppose they thought I was inept and wouldn’t question it. Then the 18 wheeler could not go down the hill and they wanted me to rent another truck to offloadp into. In the end, they paid for the rental as it was obviously not my problem the lowrider (toolbox) trailer kept them from proceeding down the hill. If you want to go through nightmarish hardships then by all means, it‘a your option. I made the mistake after reading some negative reviews to move forward thinking the reviewers could have just been too critical. I was soooo wrong. Next time I will seriously consider reviews. Good luck.

  2. Worst Movers.

I am having the same experience as what other have had. The only mistake I did was that I did not check for any reviews before booking Dynamic Movers as I was in a hurry this time. The last time (8 months back) I had read their bad reviews and made sure to avoid this company when I moved earlier this year.
I am still waiting for my things to be delivered. Very bad customers support. Actually I do not think this is a company actually. They are just bunch unprofessional individuals working at on their own will and convenience. They just do not have humanity and ethics. Just money is what matters to them. I feel like trapped as I have paid all the money and do not have my things.

  3. Avoid Dynamic at all costs.

Do NOT use this company - their new website is http://www.thedynamicmovers.com. It appears that they constantly change their website and listed address when they get bad reviews. I believe most of their reviews on this website and on other websites are fake. I have contacted people who have left poor reviews and they were also deceived into the exact same situation as myself. I was told by sales rep Sam Glazer that my move would take no more 7 days because 'they have standards', that he just had to legally tell me 3-14 business. My estimated time was 3-14 business days in my contract. He persuaded me not to go with other companies and said their estimates for cost and delivery 'was a joke'. My actual cost was $1500 more than my estimate. I signed a contract at the time of booking that was different than the contract at the time of pickup - one contract was based in colorado, the other in florida. The only good thing is that the men who packed my move were fast, thorough, and wrapped things appropriately. It has been 26 days since my pickup, 18 business days, and the company will not give me any dates of when my things will be delivered. All I have been told for sure is that my things are in a storage facility in Illinois. I have been told 2-7 business days for a driver to load (once assigned) and then 2-7 business days to actually deliver. The dispatch department (Clarissa and Shanika) stated this is in the contract - it is in neither contract. The dispatch and customer service department will not let me speak to a manager from sales. Clarissa gave me incorrect info and then told me she never said that - Shanika said 'she is in training and it is reasonable for new people to make mistakes' instead of actually apologizing for the mistake. The 'dispatch department' and the 'customer service department' take you to the same person - Clarissa. I have emailed Sam Glazer 6 times, I have emailed the information address once, I have left Sam 3 voicemails, I left Natalie Rogers 1 voicemail, and I left Quality Assurance 1 voicemail - none of these messaged have been returned. I asked Shanika in dispatch how she would live if she didn't have any cups, anything to cook with, or a bed to sleep in for 26 days. She said 'I would buy cheap plastic cups and I would buy cheap pots and pans.' When I ended my conversation with her I said "ok thanks, your name is Tamika right?" and she went, "Sh.. yeah thanks" and I said, "no wait, did I get it wrong?" and she wouldn't even confirm her name but I was able to remember it when I hung up. I have been offered no other avenues to deal with these grievances. When I asked to speak to a manager in sales, she said "I can't guarantee anyone will call you back". The customer service is terrible and the company is deceitful Whatever you do, avoid dynamic movers! It is a scam!

  4. Scammers.

This is the most awful moving company. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They gave us a great estimate for our stuff. Then they doubled the price and refused to do the move if we didn't give them more money on the day we were moving. When it was time for them to arrive at our new house they never showed up. I called and called and they refused to answer my calls or return my emails to their emergency address. I waited and waited and waited and still no belongings. We are in a new state with no family and no belongings. 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date they finally arrived, and tried to charge more money for unloading the truck when unloading was suppose to be included in the price which let me remind you was already doubled from the original quote.

  5. Company of cheaters.

Don’t use them. Their first estimate is low. But the actual measure will increase by 1/3 than the estimate and steal money from you.

  6. Scam Artists!! Thieves!!

These people are one of the companies that give the intire indutry a bad name. On the day of my move, driver shows up and takes a look around at my stuff and my move goes from a quote of $10,300 to $19,800!! He tells me I have 4900 cubic feet of stuff. I called BS because the entire 53 foot trailer can only hold 3900 cubic feet at max capacity. I told them If they loaded my stuff I wanted to measure the space used before and after loading. They refused and left. I was forced to hire another mover last minute. The honest mover had my stuff at 2300 cubic feet, and was closer to my original estimate with these scammers!!

  7. Same as everyone else.

They appear to follow the same script that others have noted in their reviews when it comes to cost inflation, inability to communicate with them and damage to property. Get your own people from Craigslist just like they do and a u haul, probably will get better results. Spend the extra bucks and get a better company. I am still dealing with this nightmare and feel it will continue as the manager/dispatcher is good at making threats..

  8. Horrible Company.

This company is the worst establishment I have ever dealt with. I called, text, and emailed for a month. I still do not have my items. The sales Rep Sam blatantly lied the one time he did answer the phone and said my items were in transit for 9 days. I had to replace thousands of dollars worth of items and will probably have to do more than that because I heard that the items will most likely be damaged upon arrival. Customer service and delivery dispatch is very rude and was of 0 assistance, and they told me today that my items did not leave until yesterday.. so why was I told that my items were in transit?

  9. Do Not Use These Scam Artist!

    Just now
DO NOT HIRE!! The absolute worst experience we have ever had. Have changed the price on our move 3 times even though we signed a contract. We moved from Omaha Nebraska to NE Pennsylvania, they took our stuff to Kansas, put it in another truck with other people's stuff .Now, because we live on the side of a mountain ( we have told them this 4 times), the semi they put our items on won't fit. So, they want us to pay $1,500.00 for them to put our stuff back on a box truck to bring our items. Btw, we have been waiting 12 days for our stuff. The salesman, quality control employee, and their manager were all told that the new house didn't have access for a semi truck and all three of them said our household goods would be delivered in the same 26 foot box truck that they were loaded into. They were dishonest about every aspect of the move. Customer service and honestly have no importance in their business model; all they are worried about is taking the money from the customer and creating a situation to embezzle more money out of the customer. I have learned that all of the positive reviews are created by their employees. Also, when we placed calls to the company they were not returned until we threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau. At that time we were called liars, and when we proved we were the honest people in the conversation they didn't complete the work they were hired to perform. We were charged for space that was never used on the truck and the company refused to honor their statement that we would only pay for the cubic feet that was used on the truck. Do not enter into business dealings with this "company".

  10. Horrible!Liars!

HORRIBLE! They are total liars. Don't believe what they say in the quote. They will charge way more than that. They will give you a quote, then they will ask for one-third of that price. But, at the day of moving, they will ask for way more that the original price you agreed on. You need to agreed on their price. If you refused, they will take your deposit. So, they will basically force you to pay whatever they charge. When you try to ask their manager, they probably will not email or text back. If you consistently email or call them, they will lie to you and threat you that they will not deliver your furniture and put them in a storage and charge even more. They will also deliver your furniture at least 7-10 days later than the actual date. They also broke some of the furniture. These guys are total scumbag. They will rob your money. Don't go with them. If you go, you will end up of paying 30% more than the original price. So, don't believe what they will they say. That sales person's name is Sam. He will do sweet talk with you until the deal. After that, you will realize he lied to you. I have been moving several times. I never had such a bad experience. These guys are the worst.

  11. Worst movers ever.

Charged $500 extra for shifting our things from their bigg truck to uhaul truck. My things fit in a uhaul truck but they used a big truck to ship my things with other family things. But I was asked to pay for shifting my things to uhaul which is totally not acceptable. We paid for assembly/disassembly but they did not assemble the king size bed.The guy who delivery asked us to buy a new bed which is none of his business. Shoe rack was lost. Bed storage frames were broken.I would never use dynamic movers again in my life and would never recommend it for others.

  12. So Awful.

This company had terrible customer service. Late delivery date, damaged & missing goods with no follow up. Everything I was promised, was a lie.
This was such a terrible experience.
Knowing that there were so many scamming companies out there, I thought I found the perfect company when I ran into such a friendly gentlemen on the phone.
He promised me all of this wonderful stuff- I truly thought my move was going to go extremely smooth, which I was extremely wrong.

Not only did the movers show up two days before they were scheduled to, & they began loading my stuff (As I was in another state), but the guy I had been dealing with the entire time, was magically fired the day that my stuff was being loaded onto this truck and everything he had promised me was a complete lie. Of course, they had to charge more because I went over my "cubic feet" which is interesting since I had very little items. Even though they showed up early, and my stuff was not ready-- I thought that would just be a little bump in the road, THEN I was told my stuff could not be delivered on the day they had promised me for weeks on end, and they had no idea when they could actually deliver it. So, I sat in an empty apartment for two entire weeks while waiting for my items. THEN to top it off, I had chairs show up broken in half, dining room tables scratched completely because they were not wrapped and an entire missing box. This was delivered almost a month ago now and there is still no box. When I tried following up with them the e-mail they had been using to contact me magically stopped working. I have never dealt with a company that has been so rude on the phone to a customer, especially when they were in the wrong.

To make things worse, this happened over 5 months ago, and I still have not heard anything from the company even after submitting many different complaints. .
