  1. WORST MOVING COMPANY

    I don’t even want to give a rating because of how bad this company is.First off communication is horrible. No one communicates with you and you have to keep calling to see what’s going on. We originally had our pickup scheduled on Friday between 2-4,well they decided to reschedule for 6-7.When they finally got to our house they were packing half our things that night and then the rest Saturday morning. So Friday they were there till about 10pm. Saturday comes along and everything seems to be going smoothly. The rest of our items were packed and ready to go. The drivers told us they were going to grab some lunch then meet us at the new place. Which is 2 hours away. We went on to the new house and 4 o’clock came around and no update on our delivery. We called the drivers and they told us the truck broke down in Covington which is where we were moving from. First of all, why didn’t the drivers have the decency to call us and let us know. Anyways, the driver says he will call us back in 2 hours and let us know what’s going on. We didn’t get no call,my husband tried to call the driver and he didn’t answer his phone. We also called the company office and the lady said she was going to find out what’s happening and call us back. She never called back either. Well Today is Sunday and no one has called to let us know what’s happening. At this point,I don’t know if they stole our items or if we will ever see them again since no one is communicating with us. Don’t use this company please,save yourself the headache.

  2. Damages

    I only had 3 pieces of bedroom furniture with several boxes to be moved an armoire, dresser & bed. The armoire & dresser were both broken. A box clearly marked glass/China was all bent up and broken which had china plates and bowls that were shattered. A box of pots were also damaged leaving several pots bent so that the lids no longer fit! Several of the other boxes were also bent up and destroyed leading to various things damaged. Basically there was no care taken with any of the furniture or boxes being moved.

  3. Horrible customer service and a 5 day delay

    I will never recommend this company or use them again. I was told my furniture would get to my destination 1-3 days after being picked up (yet couldn't give me a set day). Then I was told it would likely be Monday or Tuesday following the Friday they picked up the furniture. I headed to my destination a couple days before then to get everything situated, sleeping on the floor because, of course, they have all of my furniture. Not one single person from the company calls me between the time they picked up my furniture to the day they had told me it would be dropped off. I called Monday and I get in touch with someone who tells me now it will be Friday when the movers will get to West Palm. That's 3-4 days later than what I was originally told. I was extremely angry because you are paying a hefty amount to have these people get your furniture to you when they said they will. I call a couple days later still being skeptical and then they tell me it won't be delivered until Sunday. At this point, I do not trust anything they say and all I want is just to get my furniture. Side note- the actual movers themselves, the two guys who picked up and unloaded my furniture, were great. They were the only people actually in communication with me and were very honest and efficient. The furniture ended up coming on Saturday night. I have called the company left and multiple voicemails trying to discuss my issues and have not heard a thing back and it has been a week now. They are so unprofessional and clearly do not care about their customers or their concerns. By the way something they don't tell you, you have to pay a fee if they're moving your stuff a "long distance" AKA from a first floor apartment through a short courtyard to the truck. It's a $75 fee. I know at this point I will not hear back from the company so I am debating filing a claim but can assume they will just never respond. Do not use them if you want your furniture in a timely manner or want good customer service.

  4. $68 Offer for Breaking an $1,100 Marble Buffet Top.

    It's amazing how two movers think they can move a 350 pound 7 foot long marble top (a) without crating it (particularly when we requested crating) and (b) by picking it up from each end. As you might expect, it sagged and broke.

    Having only taken the 60 cents per pound coverage, I filed a claim for $200 based on the weight of the marble. The company came back with an insulting offer of $68, without any explanation of how they arrived at their 20 cents per pound offer.

    I just hate giving a bad review for any reason but this is a must for the damage that was done by the movers.

    I probably have boxes missing, their count was over 20 boxes incorrect. A 150 years Humidor now has 2 broken legs, Antique mirror frame damaged, broken glass in picture, broken glass in antique lawyers case and I could go on.

    At this point, the movers will not even return my calls, therefore, I have filed a claim against them for damages.
