Late arriving for pick up. Owner very dishonest. Do not use this moving company. Items held hostage. Movers not experienced. Employees talked bad about the company. Was quoted one price and then at time of delivery was asked to pay an additional 200.00. Packing material was promised for certain items and they did not follow through. Non working trucks and used a rental truck. When hiring a moving company, you want to be able to trust them. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the Texas Department of consumer protection office. Along with the office Inspector General and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Office. Owner very unethical and very unprofessional. Complaint also filed with the BBB.
