Good service on a somewhat complicated move.

The move went without a hitch. The service was excellent. They had two people who are courteous and polite and hard-working. I recommend Edex wholeheartedly. The movers successfully and professionally set up the piece of furniture that we had shipped. It was a king size bed with headboard and footboard. They did the move within the timeframe that was requested. The directions I gave the mover was a little bit complicated and they were able to successfully negotiate these directions successfully. I don't know what else to say about these good people but I am supposed to see a review for 350 words. However I will continue say though that they also understood directions clearly about what I wanted done when they got here and did it within a good time frame and without any complaints whatsoever. Two people came in exactly at the hour they said they would be here. It was 8 o'clock in the morning. They parked their moving vehicle in the appropriate spot. They called me when they were very near the delivery location. I could understand and I valued d their respect clearly for keeping our neighbors parking places free for them to move their cars freely from their driveways and Curbs. Specifically, they took the box springs of the bed, a king size bed off the truck , And put it by the side wall of the house, the bed was completely wrapped in plastic wrapping. This wrapping cover the entire mattress box Springs. And it was done professionally. After they put the box springs up beside the wall they were able to Bring the bedframe into the house. They were careful not to hit the walls or furniture. It was also plastic wrapped. I had asked them previously you know our communications over email that they would set up the bed and breakdown the old bed for me. They had written back immediately and said they would be glad to. I found this to be exactly what they did. As I was saying, after they got the bed frame into the bedroom where I wanted the bed to be set up they carefully and professionally put together the frames using their own tools. After they put the frame together we put the boxsprings down after unwrapping the plastic and then they brought in the mattress and set that up in the headboard and footboard. I was not there when they picked up the bed in Savannah. But my there partner was with them and said that they did a professional job there as well.
