Second Experience with Excel.
-Had a great first experience with this company
-Guys were nice this time & had no quarrels
BUT..
-This time they were on their phones throughout the move-in
-Took 6 hours to move small amount of stuff from Raleigh to Durham
-Charged us an extra hour for driving and charged a regular hour of labor for the half hour it took to get over to the new place
-Talked to customer service and the guy was completely rude about answering my questions
OVERALL
This company does their job but took an arm and a leg to do what should have been cheaper and shorter. Will NOT be using again.
