Thieves in Sheeps Cloths !
What express movers had did to my family friends brother ! He is on dialysis & for these people to take advantage of his situation is very messed up ! Let me explain. These men had told him he would NOT have to pay MORE then the 550 cash asked ! By the end of the move for these men to charge him $1045 was RIDICULOUS from WAIANAE TO WAIPAHU ! For one when I showed up TWO of the men were on their phone the whole time prior to being 15-20 min late to the designated home leaving 15 min BEFORE we did from the last house in Waianae ! While moving things into the new house they were damaging tables leaving wheels behind AFTER they left in the walk way going to the house. One of the men continued to carry one object in his hand at a time. For example carrying in one cheap ass Walmart fan in one hand and his phone in the other ! Going back to the last house that was being moved, they left it absolutely thrashed ! Did not move everything that was told of them (I have pictures !) They had left his vacuum there which was broken in half ! So their job was more than incomplete. Calling the company to complain to get HUNG UP on multiple times was going no where to try and help him. They left him with $60 to his name using his stimulus for this move ! And all the other number were added AFTER the fact ! They also charged a 190 something dollar fee for “the walk” the man in the picture stated(I have pictures). The client was and is not a confrontation person and does not understand to much about what went on and lives alone ! This is a warning please watch out for these people ! ⚠️
They made like he had no other choice as if they were going to stop in the middle of the move once they finally showed up to the destination & told him he will get charged reguardless because they have his card on file even if he doesn’t agree to what was happening !
Stole all of my sons Snap-On tools and more.
I hired this company and dealt with Marco to have two boxes of my sons work tools moved from Oahu to Kona. They picked up the boxes on 1-22-18 and never delivered them. They say they can't find them but after 10 different excuses, I filed a police report and a BBB report. DON'T USE THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF.

The crew revealed that they can be hired independently on the web. They gave me their information flyer. Had I hired them directly, I would have saved hundreds of dollars. In addition, some items were slightly damaged, not enough to claim the 60 cents per pound from insurance, so I didn't report it. I had told the movers I may call them soon to move me. When I asked about reporting the damage, they said they would fix the items when I called them back. I feel the company should have represented themselves as a middle man. I never asked because I didn't know this is a practice, hopefully not common. Now I know to ask the question.

Moved a few big furniture items from Makawao to Kula on Maui. Good communication, and when there was small confusion about a destination address they were more than generous on discounting the time.
They guys were young lean and strong. They did a great job, worked hard, and were friendly and nice. I would suggest to any customer that if you treat folks with respect and aloha, you will receive it in return. That's how our day went, and it was great.
I'd use this company again, and may consider it soon to haul away some old stuff on our new property.

A Review of EXPRESS MOVERS HAWAII Jean, July 10, 2012 Thank you Marco and Express Movers Hawaii for a stress-free household move from Oahu to Maui in July 2012. Moving at any time of life is difficult but as a senior woman well along in years I especially appreciate that manager Marco understood that I wanted to work with a moving company that would handle my dishes, lamps, and cherished items with care. Packing and moving house is stressful enough that I did not want to have to be concerned about the security of my shipment and needed a company I could trust. Manager Marco initially came to the house to assess what needed to be moved on much shorter notice than usual for contracting a date and was able to meet the pick up date I asked for. From then he made all arrangements to the Maui destination. On moving day two very able and personable men (Boyan and Shaun) arrived on time and didn’t waste a minute from then to the time they closed the door on the truck. They came well equipped with moving tools, were quick moving up and down the elevator and in arranging the truck for efficient unload at Young Bros. Their last chore was to tie down and secure all the goods in the shipping container for the barge to Maui. I received a call from Boyan at the exact minute they finished, giving me the time of job completion and assuring that all was secure, a comforting, good touch of service I did not expect. Note: It helped me get through moving day that both men were good representatives of their company and worked with good humour. From the onset Marco assured me the shipment would be handled to my satisfaction and no problems. That is exactly how it turned out. From both the Oahu and Maui employees the service was as fast and efficient as estimated. The shipment arrived intact exactly as picked up and no problems. And the cost was as we agreed and within my budget. Express Movers advertises as Fast, Friendly and Professional and they are. .
