Cancelling at last moment.
We set up a time and day for our move. It was a simple move that would take an hour or two. We needed it to be on time because our house was going to close in two days and needed to be empty. At the last minute they cancelled and left us hanging. No reason, no remorse. Do not use this company. You will be sorry.
