Took 5 weeks to get household items, damage and lost items
Brandon promised a lot including having our beds wrapped and set back up on the destination side. They literally broke our sleep number bed base taking it apart and no items were set backup on the destination side.
Most of the personnel delivering the items could not speak English so it was hard to communicate. It It was obvious they did not know what the word "fragile" means on boxes!
We learned that our items were sitting in a warehouse for weeks prior to departure.
We also learned that in transit our things were reloaded on other trucks several times.
Five weeks later when we finally received our items, I literally saw boxes fall out of the truck when the driver opened the side door.
Many boxes were greatly damaged, table saw was rusted up from sitting in the damp air so long, Gorilla shelves mangled, metal patio furniture bent out of shape, and much more damage.
Many items missing, including a large box of kitchen items ... nowhere to be found!
Once our items were picked up from our house, it was impossible to connect with Brandon. All we got was his voicemail.
We were left guessing when our furniture and household items would arrive. I understand there is a driver shortage but communication should be a priority.
Overall it was not the delay that was the biggest problem but the damage, missing items, and broken promises.
Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this company. In retrospect, I would rent pods and load things myself.

The Front Door Moving don't charge for the supplies unless you ask to keep them. They were quick, polite, friendly, FAST, and they didn't break or damage one single thing. I highly recommend it!

The Front Door Moving provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend them. They load the truck as soon as possible with extra care and take the way to our new house. Everything was out of the truck, and they also offered me to set up furniture or rearrange anything I wanted. I highly recommend it!

Fit my move into their schedule with one day's notice. Packed, moved, and unpacked my 2BR apt in under six hrs. with no hidden costs. They were the most efficient and positive movers I've ever worked with. Didn't rush at the end and made sure every piece ended up in the right place. I can't wait to move with them again in the future. Recommended from my side!

The best thing about Front Door Moving is the amount of experience. They have tremendous respect and have been in the business for a long time. They worked with precision. The moving guys were well aware of any problem and came prepared. My belongings were carefully transported, and I didn’t have to do anything! I will recommend these guys for your next move.
Dishonest and Unreliable
Take your business elsewhere. The company, sadly, is comprised of dishonest people. They will lie to your face and then not apologize when confronted. Mistakes happen and Front Door Moving and Storage forgot to contact me to my a out of state delivery. I had to scramble and make arrangements. When i confronted them, they claimed they'd been calling for days. I checked both my phone and with my cell provider and that was simply untrue. They refused to accept responsibility or even apologize. With so many options, go somewhere else.

After hours of research and getting estimates I landed in front door moving & storage because the sales manager Brandon really made things easy for me, He educated me on the industry which I thought I knew everything about from my own research but after talking with Brandon a couple times I quickly realized how much I didn’t know and With his help I was able to make an educated decision.
As for the services the Men who came were excellent and did an amazing job, I was surprised at how fast they worked it was crazy that they got my whole house packed and loaded in 5 hours. I though it was gonna be a two day process but once again that goes to show how much I know about moving.
If you want a great company with reasonable pricing definitely look into this company.
