They were very good. I was very pleased that they changed the move date without charging extra. Mike was my relocation consultant, was extremely professional, patient and kind. Responded all to my calls. Their prices are very competitive. I'll definitely be using Glass City Movers for any future moves.

They are trusted and dependable guys. From beginning to end, they did a terrific job of moving our office without any problems whatsoever. Nothing was broken nothing was stolen. Everything is shifted to new house without damaging anything. I would recommend them to everyone and will sue their service again.

Not only do they have the best moving system, but they also have space. Some of the things I had to store in their storage location. They had storage room temperature regulated and everything was so good. They was also monitoring my items with CCTV cameras to make sure there was no theft.

I am leaving this house after 40 years and most of the stuff is old but there are emotions attached to it. My parents are so possessive about their stuff, they didn’t like the idea of moving stuff through any company. But Glass City Movers and their team changed the perspective and they really did a great making sure safety of everything. Now my dad asked me to use their service again if needed in future.

Found Glass City Movers in a website Ad. Immediately got a quote and set date for three crew members and a large truck. Upon arrival, I voiced how stressful the process had been. 1 was very professional, awesome and immediately started directing the crew. Five hours later two-story town home was empty and I was moved into a new home! They were very nice and professional and really made my move ease. Would definitely recommend.

I was in doubts at first. After being convinced by my spouse, however, I relaxed and sought the services of Glass City Movers. The lady whom I talked was so certain that everything was going to turn out the perfect way. On the day of the relocation, I was there to ensure all was ok. I woke up in the morning and started packing all that I needed to. The team came earlier than I expected and helped me with some of the packing work. As we're doing this, others were busy with loading. With the combined efforts of every member, it was possible to relocate in an easy and unforgettable way.

Outstanding moving team! We had loads more stuff than originally thought but they were extremely patient and helpful and nonplussed about doing and going the extra mile. On time and very efficient, they have clearly done this many times before and I felt that all our gear was very safe. Moved a flats worth of stuff including sofas, chairs, shelving units and 50 boxes. Very punctual and easy to communicate with. Would use these guys again!

This moving company is awesome! 2 men came from the company were on time and prepared with the right materials to protect my furniture properly to avoid any damage during the move. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They moved quickly and professionally. They listened to all concerns and were very customer service oriented. I would refer this company to anyone that asks!

I can't say enough positive things. My wife and I were moving and needed support. We reached out to Glass City Movers and they responded quickly. We moved on a Friday. They arrived at 8.30 am and started to work. It took them two trips to move all of our stuff, but they got the job done with no breakage. It was amazing watching how fast they worked. And 1, well he was just scary amazing the way he picked up pieces of furniture by himself to move them. Seriously! We had a pine cabinet that was six feet tall, three feet wide, and maybe 18 inches deep. He just picked it up like it was a small box! My hats off to the team!

I've used others and it's been hit and miss based on the guys that have been sent. Every employee at Glass City Movers as been hard working, friendly and really careful with our stuff.
