Stuff stolen - no support from Glovve.com.
I had availed their services for home moving, when I received the boxes at the destination location, I found out that the tape from one of the boxes was torn off and the box was resealed with transparent tape. so I shot a video while opening a box. when opened and checked by stuff, a few things were stolen from it. shared the video with glovve but all they did was stall.
i informed the coordinator, Hemant, from glovve team who was religiously calling until the payment were in question. now he is not even responding to my calls, 15 days now and no resolution to this.
stay clear from them. pay a little extra but go with some good movers & packers rather that this company.
Worst service - Faking customer.
I had talk with them Paid 10% advance also
And they gave me nightmare surprise on shifting day.
Morning these guys calls me and giver bullish reasons and saying your shifting cannot be done . we will reschedule it for monday.
Dont know whether these fools know We had to make lot of arrangements for shifting.
As I cannot make my movement postpone . on urgent basis I had to book another packer team and paid them 3000 Extra for my movement.
Suggestion to customers. Dont book with these guys they promise for low cose but makes you fool and you will end up by more paying.
Worst Experiance with these guys.
I had finalized with them by sending photos and list of items, they had fnalised the quotation , I was expecting them to come on Saturday morning , and they did not come , and in mdnight of Saturday they called and said quotation given is not enough and it will cost double , and then they cancelled their service,
i would not recommend their service to anybody.

I'd to a quick move from Mumbai to Chennai in December 2017.
Moving a well-settled family from Mumbai was going to be tough. There were a thousand things to take care apart from the move itself. This was when a colleague told me about Glovve.com.

Glovve offers a guarantee of delivery, insurance, penalties for late delivery and more. I twas helped all the way by their Move Assistant. The online tracking was a great feature.
Overall, I liked the system and the timely delivery that resulted in Chennai.
I'd recommend that you try this service too.
